Cleaning

Great service. Did an amazing job of cleaning the upholstery as well as the carpets. Very friendly and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend this company for any carpet or upholstery cleaning you need

Exception service, on time, friendly, and great rates. I highly recommend.

Very informative and made me realize how bad my ventilation system really was. Gary was very friendly and above all very helpful. I did not understand how important clean ventilation was for a household and Gary did a great job and explained everything to me. Arrived on time and was very respectful of the household. I sure will be calling Steam Dry again and I would recommend it to anyone who needed their air vents cleaned. Can't go wrong!

Took my husbands shirt in with old stains that another dry cleaners had told me would never come out. Not only did the stain come out but they also replace a missing button at no charge. Two thumbs up.

Very good place to take your dry cleaning to

Friendly

Excellent service from knowledgable staff!

Get all my clothes done easy and fast.

Looking to wash my clothes as I was unexpectedly staying in Melville due to a medical emergency on the Via Rail Canadian. Myself and a friend saw that the laundromat in Melville was open so we walked in there expecting to calmly do our washing only to be greeted by an older lady “Go away!! I’m busy! Can you come back in a couple of hours??!! I’m busy not right now!!” So we leave. Then if we’re com back at all after that interaction we need to know what coins we need so we go back in and get the same treatment. I would rather sit in dirty clothes than be treated like that. No wonder she has minimal business. No one has the right to treat another person like dirt I don’t care who you are. If I could give a negative star rating I would. I will not be needing or using their services if I can help it. Negative vibe there. I don’t recommend doing business here.
