After decades of experience with drycleaners, I can say unequivocally that Goody's Cleaners are the absolute best. The owner, Barb, is personally involved with everything, and she knows the status of each and every item brought to her shop for cleaning. She is honest and ethical, her standards are the highest, and she ensures that her clients are 100% satisfied. I have talked with people who drive miles out of their way to bring their cleaning to Goody's, because no other place can compare. There's a reason this establishment wins so many awards!

Brian and The Window Cleaners did a great job. I've had bad experiences with other gutter firms in the past (such as a certain company that employs males wearing Scottish attire). The Window Cleaners were responsive and thorough. They cleaned my windows and my gutters (inside and out), all for a reasonable price. They even cleaned some very difficult to reach skylights. I would definitely hire them again.

I am very pleased with Lan (I believe that's how her name is spelt) and her team! I brought a bag of items with me on my first visit and Lan talked me through what I wanted to do with my clothing. I did not know what kind of alterations I specifically wanted, but Lan was very patient and honest in her assessment of what can and should be done --she even talked me out of a few changes I wanted to make. I did not experience any delay in receiving my clothing at the time she quoted me. After having tried on the altered items, I am very excited--I can now wear my items with my pride and feel more confident in them. The workmanship is excellent: my silk-like blouse, bulky embroidered skirt, chiffon skirt, and buttoned blazers came out so well that I could not tell from the right side of the garments where they began the alterations. I am very happy to recommend this store to anyone needing a tailor and will definitely be coming here for my future alteration needs.

I have used Watts Cleaning services for years and have always received the utmost service and attention to detail from their company. My carpets look like new, all stains were removed and no toxic resins were left so my pets are safe. I highly recommend them.

Zero stars, but could only go as low as 1 star. A business owner who doesn't get the term "customer service". I brought in some curtains to get hemmed to another shop, unknowing that they outsource to Courtesy cleaners. I was called and informed that rather than cutting and hemming them shorter, my curtains we cut VERTICALLY?? The original shop was nice and apologized. They offered to reimburse if I buy another set of curtains. When the job was done, it was a very poor job, crooked and wrinkly. They recommended I go directly to Courtesy cleaners to discuss the problem, so I did. I am not sure what was up with this woman, as she was a grouch! I guess she wasn't paid yet by the other shop, however I HAD PAID THEM. She claimed it was very difficult to hem (they were simple ikea curtains)....but she was personally insulted that I pointed out the crookedness, that she started yelling and grabbed them from me and threw it in her bin. I told her to give them back to me, as they belonged to me. She refused, and continued to yell, while a customer came in. I was about to walk behind the desk to grab them, then she felt scared and gave it back to me. I just cannot wrap my head around business owners who behave like this. Your business is on the line and how you treat your customers is important. I am by no means picky, and am willing to work out difficult situations. I did follow up by bringing this to another seamstress to find out how difficult this job was. She said the work by Courtesy cleaners was no good and that it was not a complicated job!

We were looking into getting our gutters cleaned for this year. I googled the top five companies for gutter cleaning/home services and West Coast Home Services was one of them. I contacted all five companies via email. West Coast Home Services was the first to respond, the first to provide a reasonable quote as well as an immediate appointment. On the appointment day, the service was rendered with zero hassle and I was billed exactly the amount I was quoted with no fuss!!!! I will absolutely continue using West Coast Home Services for all our future house needs and recommend them as a consumer seeking both quality service and reasonable pricing.

I'm pleased to write a little bit about K&D Building Maintenance. We are an IT company and we have been working with K&D team since 2008. Their services includes vacuuming, dusting and cleaning both the kitchen and bathroom area and, to date, we have been very satisfied with their services Paul & Yanni makes it very easy to communicate with them. My go-to place for cleaning dress pants, blazers, suits - and have also had a couple of repairs to pants. My wife didn't have as much luck - the white dress she purposely dry cleaned came out slightly pink - as if it had been washed with some reds instead of being dry cleaned.
