Cleaning

I sent my beige living carpet to him, after my house flooded, and he returned it damaged. In fact, I sent it to him to dry clean and he returned it with three NEW spots. One rust, the other a huge mould stain and the third spot was a dirt spot. And the smell of mould. I called to tell him but he was very rude and defensive, stating he did the best he could and those marks won't come out. We both agreed to disagree. I wouldn't send anything to him and I would stay away. His prices may be cheap but he s inexperienced and has poor social skills.BEWARE.

Oliva Carpet went above and beyond for me yesterday. I have a new bed coming and realized, two days before delivery, that the rug in the room in which it was going was very dirty. Henry from Oliva made a special trip for me at the end of his work day. He stayed until the job was done and he did an excellent job. Thank you to Henry and Oliva.

This is my go to guy for all my sewing needs. He's fast, reasonable and convenient. BTW, it's not obvious on the maps but he is just inside of the Sobeys.
