They were great in cleaning my hotel post construction. 17,000 square feet of construction mess was made spotless in no time. I was very impressed and would like to recommend them to all.

Please Be AWARE when taking your clothes here, they damaged our Burberry tie and blamed the tie for not being well made. The owner Josie didn’t take responsibility knowing very well that the tie was damaged under their care! I would not recommend this place at all. We argued on the phone back and forth for almost 2 weeks until I told Josie that she is responsible for replacing the damaged tie, she told me to take her to small claims court, so that’s were we will be. Please, please DO NOT LEAVE your clothes here! I hope to get this message out as much as I can so no one else goes through the stress and lose out on an expensive piece of clothing! Please people... do your research! Thank you

I have used this specific cleaner for the past 8 years !! Never had a problem. Extremely good quality cleaning. I work in the Legal field among other lawyers. I wear a clean white shirt every day and all I wear to the office is suits! Appearance and cleanliness is very important. I have NEVER had a problem with their dry cleaning service or any of my dry cleaning in over 8 years of knowing them. When I first used their service, I did NOT have a car. They offered to pick up my dry cleaning from my home and deliver my dry cleaning to me at a time after work, when it was convenient for me...AT NO CHARGE ! THIS IS NOT A SERVICE THAT THEY WERE CURRENTLY OFFERING TO ANYONE! After moving to Pickering, I used 2 other dry cleaners. I never experience the good customer service as Snow White Dry Cleaners and when I used these 2 other dry cleaners, my white shirts always had a problem...came back with some stains. Snow white Cleaners actually care and have always ensure clothes are properly cleaned before returning then to their customers. My white shirts have ALWAYS come back perfectly clean and bright white (smile). I now leave Pickering....and make my 10 minute drive to Ajax to Snow White Dry Cleaners. Extremely friendly and customer focused. Has even opened the store outside of normal hours once as we were walking by and he was there. Very accommodating to requests and timeliness of getting clothes back. Even when we had a small misunderstanding he took the initiative to resolve the problem in a very customer focused way. Can only say good things about him and his business and would recommend it to any person in the area.
