Do NOT use this laundromat. I had a brand new comforter washed here and the red dye ran onto the cream coloured fabric. We complained to the owner who said it “wasn’t his fault”. He was rude and unprofessional. He tried to argue it was the fault of the fabric but I had washed the pillow shams from the same set and I didn’t have any problem with the dye bleeding. He took no responsibility for what happened and did not offer anything at all as a remedy. He didn’t even offer to refund the cost of the washing which was $25. He blamed me for having it washed instead of dry cleaned but I followed the label instructions. This business owner knows nothing about customer service and doesn’t care. It was impossible to have an intelligent conversation with him. He never even apologized for the fact our comforter was ruined. He also never even acknowledged there had been a problem - they just wrapped it up, took our money and then argued with us when we complained. Pathetic. (I had to add one star here to write a review but they don’t deserve any stars at all.)

Ecosuds provide great and efficient service and are very friendly. I’ve hired them two times and have been very pleased with the results.

Dryer Vent Cleaning Rose ran a load of bath towels in the dryer after the work you did. Usually she has to run it for two cycles to dry the towels. She opened the dryer up with six minutes left on the first cycle. The towels were dry. The restricted vent was the problem. You fixed it. Thank you very much. You deserved that beer! Stan the Man

So quick and they do a great job! Only place I take my clothes!

They overload their strong cleaning people with triple the workload of other's as they give only 4-5hours of work to the weaker people and you all have the same 8hours to complete your workloads .

Overall great experience with Mr.Furnas. Mike was the technician who came to my house. Great guy, honest, very thorough. Explained everything well. I would definitely call them again.

I always feel very confident dropping my clothes off. They are always done on time an done well!
