I had attending the clinic for almost a year, and my skin is more evenly, rest and younger looking. I really like the medical aesthetician advice and planning to work on myself face and body. Dr. Siki is a great person to deal with and very happy overall with all his team. Thank you for your effort to continue keepping me young.

This place doesn't even warrant 1 star! I have gotten fillers and lips done many times by the best plastic surgeons. My experience in the past is that the plastic surgeon will actually listen to what you want and make suggestions...not look at you with a blank stare and not look at the picture of how you would like your lips to look. No personality at all... I should of left but I figured how can a plastic surg screw this up. I have never had my lips or fillers done the way he did it. #1 he injected Juvederm in the center of my lips on each side top and bottom and this is why they were completely uneven with lumps!!!!! Who does that?!?! #2 he just injected the fillers into my face in a blob. He said I should smooth the areas out over the next couple of days.......what?!? Outcome... two big lumps in between my eyes and painful, uneven lips and lumpy, lumps on my face where he injected and didn't fill the areas on my face that I requested. Do not go to this Place in Orchard park!!!!! I have no experience with the one in Buffalo other then dealing with the rude and not helpful at all office manager.. she wants me to drive 8 hrs to come back and see the doc who did this. I have sent pictures and nope not good enough. I wouldn't have this Doctor( the only Dr. who works in the Orchard park office) try to correct or touch my face ever again!!!!! Trust me DONT GO HERE!!!! Find a different more experience plastic surgeon. I do want to add that the receptionist was very professional and extremely polite.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr giacobbe did my breast implants a year ago. My chest is so off center one breast goes to the right so much that I can not even wear a bathing suit. When I went in the office Dr giacobbe said he would fix my breasts at no cost . I would keep in contact with the office only then to get the run around and Dr giacobbe saying he can't fix what he has done. I have been in tears cried and pleaded with this practice. I will never go back here. Awful....

I first visited Dr Nimigan for help with carpal tunnel syndrome. After diagnosis, he arranged surgery and I couldn't be more pleased. The surgery was an unqualified success and I can't see any scar whatsoever. Dr Nimigan is a great surgeon, a very nice man with a sense of humour and a happy disposition. You could not do any better than a visit to Dr Nimigan for your hand issues.

Great place, one of those places that actually genuinely cares about their customers. Some of the tips I was given was so worthwhile.

My experience with dental work done in childhood was not positive, which evolved into a dread of hearing and experiencing a dental drill as an adult. While I kept up with dental appointments there was always a strong sense of apprehension associated with any upcoming procedure. By the age of 56, I had also lost 3 molars, 2 to failed root canal procedures and 1 that I had chosen to have pulled in order to avoid another root canal. In November of 2016, I had received an update from my local dentist stating a 4th molar would either have to be pulled or have a root canal due to cracked-tooth syndrome symptoms. It was at this time that I did a "Google" search on the internet and found Dr. Farahani's holistic office in Stratford, In my first appointment and consult, Dr. Farahani explained that my molar exhibiting the cracked-tooth syndrome had a good chance of healing once the silver amalgam filling in it was removed. Learning that large silver amalgam fillings can actually crack a tooth over time was a revelation to me but the detailed explanation I received gave me hope that I could retain the tooth. Electing to proceed, I chose a gold filling as a replacement material for the affected molar given the longevity of the material. Given my dread of the dental drill, I was highly impressed, as well as highly relieved, with how fast, precise and efficient Dr. Farahani is with a drill. My three silver amalgam fillings were out within what seemed like seconds. This appointment also included a "no pressure" conversation with Dr. Farahani on the choices available to me if I wanted to address the gaps in my mouth left from my 3 missing molars. With the relationship-based approach to dentistry that underpins Dr. Farahani's practice (feeling listened to, detailed feedback and the opportunity to make informed choices) I booked a consultation to receive more information on dental implants. Following this consult, I decided to commit to the plan Dr. Farahani had recommended: a bone graft (due to the fact that one of my molars was lost when I was a teenager, with resulting bone loss over the years), a gum graft and 3 ceramic dental implants. As my first appointment approached in March/17, my life-long dental phobia/apprehension grew. I had elected to be awake and alert through the procedure, However, Dr. Farahani patiently answered all of my questions, including last minute ones that I forwarded to him via e-mail. During the appointment, I received ample freezing, detailed verbal overviews of each step and an opportunity to see the (wondrous) bone and gum grafts Dr. Farahani and his staff made from my own blood. Another detail I found fascinating was that the drill used to position dental implants sounds nothing like the average dental drill - it runs at a much lower frequency and did not trigger my typical conditioned response of high anxiety that arises at the sound of a drill. Following the placement appointment, I had to wait 6 months for the bone regeneration process to create the needed new material to properly support the two implants in my bottom jaw. My crowns were successfully placed in early October and I'm pleased to share that I'm thrilled with my new mouth and how it works! In the last 6 weeks I can confirm that my molar that was exhibiting cracked-tooth syndrome symptoms a year ago is now fully healed and is no longer sensitive to cold or heat, I'm chewing my foods in a balanced way, there's less wear and tear on my front teeth and I have no chewing issues whatsoever. Thanks to Dr. Farahani and his staff and their dedicated attention to detail, I'm experiencing a quality of life when I eat that I didn't even realize I was missing. I'm also far less phobic about dental appointments and procedures, I've experienced new learning in aspects of holistic dentistry and have a far superior oral hygiene routine than previously -one that will see me through the years to come in a proactive manner. Working with Dr. Farahani and his staff will literally change the course of your life's dental path, all for the better!

I met with Dr Heaton and his staff on Dec 20,2017 to have some moles removed on my face that I have had since childhood. When I arrived at the clinic I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and didn’t wait long until I was called in by the nurse. The nurse was very friendly and was quick to get all my information and answered any questions that I had! Dr Heaton came in and I felt very comfortable with him. He outlined all my options and made sure I was well informed. He was very knowledgeable in his field and I felt like he was the right guy for the job so I went ahead and had moles removed that day. Dr Heaton was great at explaining what was going to happen and how to take care of myself afterward. Very detailed in his approach for the best results! I also asked him questions about other procedures he performed and he was more that happy to answer! He came across to me as the type of doctor that will only do the procedure if it will turn out right! Not just looking to make a buck! Very happy with my experience and will definitely be back if needed for other services!!

Had an appointment scheduled and had been on the schedule a month ago and was told I would be notified right away if the appointment needed to be moved. Now I own my own business and I have two very small children that I not only took time off of work and made arrangements for my children to be watched so that I could be at my appointment but I receive a phone call LESS THAN one hour before my scheduled appointment saying that 'oh the doctor has a surgery scheduled for today and I didn't want you to come in thinking you'd be seen'. Are you kidding me? Not only was the second interaction I had with the secretary before getting on the schedule absolutely disrespectful and unfriendly now this office has cost me money by paying a babysitter for unnecessary time as well as blocking off my schedule at work. So thank you for the lack of customer service, umprofessionalism and pure laziness of your staff because you will not be seeing me and I will make sure to tell all who were waiting to hear how my appointment went exactly what happened. I hope you as a doctor get some better people working for you because I would never run my business with lazy and incompetent people.
