I came to Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon's Renton office in need of scar revision surgery on my chin and my eyebrow. It will be a while before I see the results of my surgery, since I have to wait for the new scar to fade, but I was very impressed with the people working in this office. I have a VERY severe phobia of needles, so on the morning of surgery I was a nervous wreck waiting to get my IV. The only thing worse than the needle is being a 25 year old knowing you're going to embarrass yourself in front of a bunch of nurses over a tiny needle prick. However, the nurses were SO sweet and patient with me. I got to lay in a massage chair with a heating blanket which helped to relax me. When the time came to insert the IV, the nurse stuck it in the top of my forearm which hurt far less than inside where they usually do it. While I waited to enter the operating room, the nurses constantly came to check on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was nervous because I had never been under anesthesia before, so when it was time for me to go to sleep the nurse held my hand until I was out. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience!

Dr. Pegado has been treating my elderly husband for years. His skills as a doctor and a friendly human being are excellent.

I received silicone gel implants in 2012 after a major weight loss. While the clinic is very modern and I really liked the fact that he had his own surgery in the building, I never felt comfortable with the staff. After my surgery, ($8-9K) I was not properly shown how to "massage" my implants to make them drop, and was never given any of this information in the take home package. I didn't have a follow up until 10 days post surgery, and by that time, apparently the damage had been done because I wasn't properly massaging them, although I was doing it daily, I wasn't applying near enough pressure, and I am left with breasts that I find equally as unattractive as my post weight loss pre surgery breasts. I contacted the office, and went back in to see if it was fixable, and he offered to waive the surgery rental fee if I also got a tummy tuck. At this time, I felt that it was my fault that my implants looked horrible, and I agreed to get another set of implants and the tummy tuck (for 10-12K). He was "nice" enough to waive the second $100 consultation fee. After the consultation, I contacted the office for a firm price on my choice of the breast profile options that he had given me. They replied with the quote. I asked if I could pay via credit card then, and to solidify an appointment, or if it would be best if I went to the office in person, and never heard back from them, in spite of 3 follow-up emails, and one office drop-in, during which the receptionist had me wait for about 20 minutes before disappearing saying that she would be "right back". 45 minutes later, I just left, as I clearly was not considered to be worth their time. I feel incredibly disheartened by how I was treated, and have lost a lot of my confidence due to how my breasts look. I have since given up on my appearance, and my health has suffered, as I have gained back most of the weight I had lost (about 60 of the 80lbs). Don't be dazzled by his charm or high tech designer office. I cannot recommend this doctor for breast implants. I cannot comment on his other services. I'm sure he would be great if you were looking for a prescription for Latisse, which he pushed on me after my surgery.

I saw Dr. Naysmith for a consultation about breast enhancement. I found him knowledgeable, and friendly with a wonderful bedside manner. Never once did I feel worried or nervous in his presence. I would recommend him to any patient seeking breast enhancement. Jo (Duncan, BC)

How does one rate a dermatologist center? Yes, I had a couple of skin items that were bothering me and yes, Dr. Cole did a clean and quick job for me. I really liked the atmosphere and the doctor and will go there the next time I have skin concerns.

Very friendly, answered all questions. Very knowledgeable. Efficient, made me feel very comffortable. Met the Dr, nurse, aids, everyone that had something to do with my procedure. Outcome was good, no more lashes scratching the cornea.

So unprofessional, does procedures when unnecessary to make money. If you miss an appointment even if you give her proper notice she will have it out for you and let you suffer because you missed an appointment, she clearly hates her job and needs to be investigated. I was even left waiting before surgery for over an hour and the anesthesiologist told me that they spend more time waiting for her than they do the procedures. The only reason I'm giving her a star is because I have to give her one, but she should get zero and in fact should lose her license immediately and I'm going to make sure over the next week that I spend a good chunk of time making sure she is held responsible for the way that she's treated people and myself.

If you want gorgeous skin, you must pay a visit to Rachel Varga, clinical nurse specialist. Her warmth, expertise, and professionalism make you trust her with your skin. I appreciate her conservative and preventative approach. I highly recommend treating yourself to a hydrafacial and consultation. I also love the clean cosmetics and skin care lines that she carries. Exceptional experience, beautiful clinic!

I had a great experience. From the moment I went in for my consult the staff was professional and kind. The office is state of the art, clean and inviting. There was no point where I felt uncomfortable. I felt Dr. Salemy was professional and treated me with great respect. I felt he addressed all my questions and concerns. He listened to what I wanted and what I was expecting to get out of the surgery. He was honest with me and voiced his opinion on what would work for my body. The surgery went flawlessly, the recovery room nurse was calm and caring. I left comfortable with minimal discomfort. My healing process uneventful and I returned to work as an RN after 3 weeks. I would only recommend Dr. Salemy for any cosmetic surgery. My breasts are now proportionate to my body, symmetrical and perfect. I feel confident I made the best decision in whom I chose as my surgeon and getting the augmentation.

From my home in Idaho I sought out 'the best plastic surgeon' ... Dr. Grenley in Seattle, WA was overwhelmingly recommended. My experience with his staff, from the onset and throughout, was so overwhelmingly professional, sincere, and caring - I (seriously) found myself optimistic that the end-result of my surgery would be half as good as how I was treated on the front side. I am now typing this deserved review six weeks post-surgery: every single aspect of my Grenley-journey was, without question, the very best medical experience I have had. And, I've had a few. *My results are FABULOUS and in no way could I be happier or more impressed.
