From the first time I met Dr. Jacono I felt very comfortable. He took his time and answered my questions and concerns. His staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my experience. The surgery went well. I was a little anxious when I got my cast off, but he reassured me the swelling would go down and the feeling would come back. He was right! I went through a very tramatic experience back in 2007. I had a piece of my nose taken off. Dr. Brown redid the entire tip of my nose. It took around 5 outpatient surgeries to complete. I am so very lucky to have had Dr. Brown. Him and his staff are the most patient and caring. I don't know if I could have emotionally made it through those surgeries if it weren't for Dr. Browns kindness and caring manner. He is by far the best out there.
If in still lived in Connecticut, I would probably be dropping by his office often just to keep in touch and thank him and his wonderful staff over and over for helping me through that tough time. 😊 ❤ 😊
