My cosmetic surgery following a double mastectomy was flawless!

I was greeted by a friendly office personnel. The waiting room is warm and inviting. I was very impressed with Dr. Lambert. He has a vast knowledge of procedures. He takes the time to explain in detail of what to expect. He also answered several question in terms that I understood. I highly recommend Hallmark Plastic Surgery.

Would highly recommend. I used to be a patient of another well known Dr. In the area. Until I made the best decision of my life. Dr Gall is warm, friendly and very informative. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Dr. Hugo is the absolute King of Botox! I've been elsewhere for Botox treatments and never realized how much different injectors and different treatments can affect your outcomes until I saw a photo of me with my husband at an event. I couldn't figure out why I looked manish until I realized I'd had Botox somewhere other than with Dr. Hugo!! Seriously, you really want to trust the person who is treating you and know they understand why you need injections in specific spots on your face. Dr. Hugo is fantastic and I've been getting Botox for over 10 years but from now on only Dr. H will touch my face!!

This doctor is a crook. All he is interested in is money. No ethics or integrity. I put down a $500.00 deposit for a procedure, my situation changed and he refused to give a refund or even a partial refund. I asked the patient coordinator to have the doctor call me. Her response was I will give him the message but he wouldn't call you. Stay away from this greedy doctor there are other very good doctors in the Hampton Roads area. I

Overall experience was great. I've dealt with only one staff member, Jenni, and she was very helpful and extremely nice. Dr. Haase is the only doctor I've ever encountered who seemed like he cared about my health and not the money. I was looking for a good family doctor and think I found him.

I met Dr. Bounds and his staff last year after three years of weight loss. I had breast augmentation with Dr. Brounds, he made me feel comfortable and confident. He was very caring and understanding to my concerns and my fears. I would recommend Dr. Brown's and his staff to any of my family and friends for any kind of procedure

Dr. Mueller preformed upper and lower blepharoplasty on my eyes and I am so pleased with my results. There was no pain. He made himself available post surgery via his cell, office staff, and email so it was easy for me to ask lots of stupid questions. He was very patient and attentive. No one knows I had surgery, its not extreme. People tell me I look well rested and younger. I am going to do my lower face. Why not look like a better version of yourself?

Misleading - don't trust estimates! Ask for an itemized estimate and what your insurance is going to cover vs not!! This office will say anything to get your signature on the dotted line so they can charge whatever they want. They told me my whole extraction procedure was just my $30 copay, only to be hit with a $1200 bill. Then when I questioned it said they'd resubmit to insurance. Sent me a note about insurance not covering it. I called back upset and office staff said they'd talk to Dr Mueller about it. No other correspondence, so I thought it was taken care of honestly. Only for me to be sent to collections a few months later. I never received another invoice, e-mail, phone call - just to a lawyers office. Deceitful, unethical, not good people. They should send a reminder or payment plan to their patients, not just submit it to a lawyers office for the patient to then have to accrue lawyers fees on top of the invoice they already didn't anticipate bc their staff lied. My $30 copay turned into over $1700 of bullshit!

Dr. Hubbard and his team are amazing! They were very informative and help alleviate any anxiety you have going into treatment. I highly recommend Dr.Hubbard because of his attention to detail, vast knowledge, and compassion.

In planning on attending my class reunion I realized that I needed a "cosmetic touch up" as my face appeared tired and dull from too much work and not enough sleep. I scheduled an appointment with Virginia Surgical Arts. Dr Vendetti took the time to discuss my options and long term effects from different procedures. We moved forward with both Botox and Rejuvaderm. As each product is designed to work in different areas of your face. WOW..what a difference it made. I saw instant results with miminal discomfort as he numbs the areas in which each product is to be applied. In short time the procedure was over and the next day I could really see an improvement in my appearance.. The effects last about a year and I was so impressed with Dr Vendetti and his staff that I have already scheduled another procedure for my eyelids to be done.. This is one of the best investments I could have made for myself. I recommend Dr Vendetti to my family, coworkes and friends all the time now.

Such a warm and caring doctor. Fabulous bedside manner and does not make you feel bad for asking questions. Highly recommended.
