I wasn't satisfied after returning with a problem from a previous surgery. This problem has been the same since the original surgery and the corrected surgery within a year. I was brushed off about what needed to be done to resolve it

Had Moh's procedure on my nose at another facility, followed by reconstructive surgery by Dr Briggs Cook. The staff & Dr Cook were amazing! They took such good care of me before, during & after the procedure. Only a few months later & you can barely see the scar. Would highly recommend Dr Cook!!

Dr. Cook is an amazing person. He makes you feel very comfortable and his staff is wonderful. He has a great personality. My face looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cook.

I have been going here for years, at least five. I have been a very loyal customer, despite the many changes and turnover in staff. However, I recently had a bad experience with the front desk staff due to a cancelled appointment. Several months ago I got a call from them to cancel my appointment because Kabo was not there. It was the morning of my appointment. I waited about 6 weeks to reschedule, hoping all would blow over. I rescheduled, even though Kabo was not there any more, but unfortunately my work schedule intervened at the last minute and I had to cancel the night before. The next morning I got an insensitive call informing me that it is their policy to charge $25 for cancellations. I called to reschedule and asked about waiving the $25. I really don't give rat's ass about the money. People like to know they are valued as a customer - especially one who spends money on treatments and product at their spa, thus providing them with a job. The thing is, they did the very same thing to me 6 weeks earlier. It's not always easy to get time off when you are working. I own a company and I have a tight schedule. But, you know... stuff happens. You adjust. I think, policy or not, it is an inconsiderate way to treat a very loyal customer. I have cancelled my membership and now will find another spa equally as good. How stupid is it to turn away future revenue over a measly $25 policy? I was even going to have some minor work done by Dr. Blue. Oh well. Bad management is going to do them in... I do wish Kabo the best and hope wherever she is working now is great. Mirage is worse off for her not working there anymore. They have lost many good aestheticians.

I can not put into words how grateful I am to Dr. Haigney and his staff. Not only have they given me my smile back but they went way beyond. I first visited Lake Norman Oral & Facial Surgery in 2015. That's when Dr. Haigney and his staff first reviewed my situation and provided several options to correct it. They very patiently explained the procedures, pros and cons, expected outcomes and financial responsibility of each options. They provided me with everything I needed to make an informed decision about my treatment. Because of the extensive work my situation required and the lack of insurance coverage, I had to postpone treatment to find financing. Never once did Dr Haigney's staff make me feel uncomfortable about having to postpone. In fact, they assisted me in finding the financing. I was finally able to schedule the surgery in April 2017, almost a year and a half after my journey started. I could have elected other options to correct my situation but I am so thankful I was provided with ALL options, not just the one someone else thought would fit. I feel Dr. Haigney and his staff have treated me as they would one of their own family members. This has never been more evident than after my surgery. Dr. Haigney, personally, called me at my home to check on me. He also have me his personal cell number in case I needed anything. As if that wasn't enough, the next day, I received flowers from Dr. Haigney and his staff. Wow! I would definitely recommend Lake Norman Oral & Facial Surgery and Dr. Haigney! Thank you for giving me my smile back!

I recently had bilateral blepherplasty done by Dr. Mettu. I am very pleased with the overall results. The procedure went very well and the healing time was not all that long. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Mettu to any one who needed his services. The genuine concern he shows for his patients was evident and he was very thorough in answering all my questions and making sure I understood the whole procedure.

Amazing experience! Dr. Chris actually took time with me in the room and scanned me from the top of my head to the bottom of my toes. She was definitely worth the wait! Also her amazing PA-C, Carol Farroch, did the same thing for my husband. It's so refreshing to go to a Doctor's office that the front staff knows you by name and cares if you miss an appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spencer’s since approximately 2001. I highly recommend him.
