My experience from the first time I walked into his office was very professional yet very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and made me so comfortable and at ease. Dr. Howell is very thorough. He explained to me every detail about my surgery prior to my scheduled date. I was a little nervous but he assured me that I would be fine and I was. I came through the surgery and recovered well. After 7 surgeries with one of them to remove a piece of my skull (bone flap) the size of my hand. He said I was the the hardest and most difficult surgery in his career. He started like a mechanic and he looked at me like a car. But after the surgery he actually cared about me and my family. Thank you, Dr. Errdmann!

I had bariatric surgery a year and a half ago and due to skin issues my insurance referred me here. I was super hopeful as I saw all these amazing reviews, I felt like I had found a doctor who would appreciate my hard work and help me. My referral went through and I called to schedule an appointment. The woman that answered tried to tell my my insurance won't even cover it. (which is ABSOLUTELY false if it's for medical reasons, which it is) I quoted my insurance policy for plastics right from my insurance website and the papers they gave me, and then she said "we won't even file, you have to pay 100% out of pocket. Do you want to schedule an appointment?" If you won't accept insurance, then WHY even be registered under it as a provider? Honestly it's clear to me that the only reason they're nice and helpful at all is because they're in it for the money and want the people to come to them so they can make a buck. Even if I end up having to pay for my surgery, I won't even consider this clinic, and will ensure anyone else looking into plastics stays far away from here.
