Words can't describe how amazing my experience was at Beverly Oaks surgery in Sherman Oaks. Since I never had a major surgery before, I was researching and researching clinics after clinics and then I cam across Beverly Oaks. I called them and made an appointment for consultation for Gastric Banding, even brought along my boyfriend. The staff of ladies in were amazing and so caring. They were so helpful and I felt so clam and relaxed since I was so nervous to meet my surgeon Dr. Wess. He made sure to explaine everything throughly and I knew right away I had made the right choice! Now I am 6 months along and feel amazing! Dr. Hansen was recommended by a family member who was very pleased with his results. I decided to go for lipo around my waist - to take care of my "love handles" . Now, a little over six months out, I couldn't be more happy with the results. Every time I get out of my pool and see my reflection in the windows I think "Damn Dr. Hanson did a good job". Only regret is I didn't to it 10 years sooner.

Dr Tsai is an amazing human being. I've asked for consultations for more than one procedure and every time he has been honest and transparent about pros and cons. He never made me feel I "should" do anything. He would say things like, "is that what you want, are you happy, what do you want to happen," I sent an email wanting a breast augmentation and in the email I said, "I want small implants". When I went in person for the consultation I said, " I want my boobs to project more and make a statement" Dr Tsai listens to understand. He doesn't just listen to respond. He carefully chose sample implants for me to try Based on what I said! I've had other consultations with other doctors and they are aggressive and I never felt like they heard what I said. Dr Tsai has successfully put in 345 cc high profile implants for me. I have little bruising. I have the shape and fullness I wanted and I couldn't be happier. The nurses on the 3rd floor are just lazy. Wouldnt never take care of our baby how they suppose to. We wouldnt feel safe leaving the room cause we knew how they were here. And as usual the Supervisor on their side. Saying we bother them to much ect. Whats their job? What would it be of the baby if we wouldnt be here taking care of him? Pretty much we do their jon by taking car of him but we bug? Dont like the service here ao we moving hospitals..
