Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery

I have seen Dr. Hankins work before and after researching many places in my home town (Toronto , Canada) nothing compared to the work that Dr. has done so I decided to come to Las Vegas and have my procedure completed at a the Hankins & Sohns..I also have researched other LV clinics and none has made me feel comfortable as the H&S ...the institute's staff is very professional and extrwmely friendly and they make your visit so fast and as pain free as possible ( I am scared of doctors and clinics btw) I didn't even have time to be nervous. I would like to thank everyone for making me feel like a brand new person, giving me confidence that I never even new I had..and I will be definitly be back .. its almost like getting a tattoo ..you can't wait for the next one .. thank you evwyone for a five star experience..Alexandra

It is always a difficult decison having any plastic surgery procedure done to find the right doctor...without a doubt - I can recommend Dr. Lo and his professional staff. Dr. Lo's artistic ability to seamlessly project a more youthful look without the appearance of any surgery is certainly a gift! A gift to his client....

I am beyond pleased with the job done by Doctor Maxwell and my experience with her staff for my breast augmentation. After having 4 kids this was something I really wanted- and my anxiety and fears were very minimal with how comfortable they Made me feel- and I am incredibly happy with the results. Would recommend to anyone- I drove to her from the phx area and am so glad I did!

I went into Dr Hurst office for a medically necessary consult met Dr Hurst he was excellent his staff sadly I would have to say otherwise. Constant laziness it took them over a week to send in a authorization for surgery then whoever sent it in vindictively coded it as a cosmetic surgery which is definitely not the case I am a cancer survivor trying to move on and they have done nothing except cause more trama for me and my family I asked for a surgery date they told me no not until the insurance aproved it (that they wouldn't turn in surgery authorization at that time).... I constantly asked due to having an infant with my husband deployed we would need quite a bit of notice if my husband could come home to help when my doctor referred me to he stated on the form it was a time-sensitive situation. I would not recommend Dr Hurst to anyone if they have to deal with that staff I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a doctor's office and that says alot coming from a cancer Survivor who has been to hundreds of doctors. I am severely disappointed that it turned out like this.

The words uncaring, condescending, rude, dismissive and unprofessional come to mind. My mother fell and shattered her wrist and she was referred to Massey. He was supposed to be on-call at St Joseph's but never responded when she was in the ER. We saw him three days after her fall. He was very rude and unprofessional. The appointment was for 2:30 and we weren't seen until 4:30. We spoke about options with Massey and opted for an open reduction due to my mom's terrible allergy to metals. Massey couldn't even tell us what metal he would be using. He didn't know. Ten minutes after deciding on an open reduction a nurse came in with a consent form for a closed reduction. Meanwhile, we'd been waiting in the exam room for an hour while Massey saw other patients, instead of finishing with us. His idea of pain medication after surgery is Percocet or Vicodin. My mom is allergic to both. He basically said that he couldn't do anything for her for post op pain management. He suggested that she take Tylenol or Aspirin. For a shattered wrist. I would NEVER recommend this man to ANYONE!

Dr Dryden and his staff are great! Very compassionate and caring to the needs of the patient.

Dr. David Kelly is an excellent plastic and hand surgeon! He is caring, technically gifted and explains things in terms you can understand. I strongly recommend him!
