Counselling

I've been coming here for 9 years. The past year the ladies have been snobby and rude to me (ladoes that work reception). They always act like they do not want to be here. Today one of them huffed constantly while I was going up to the desk, and after I filled out my clip board to see the doctor. I have tried several times to come here over 1 simple issue that I was told I could call to switch my meds if needed. Of course that wasnt possible. Now I'm hours late for work and still waiting for this "doctor" that is brand new. I get that it is their first day on the job but I missed out on almost a full shift of work today over this. This is unacceptable. The place closes in 20 minutes and still waiting so I can be on my medication I've been trying to get back on for 3 months. And of course they blamed the situation on the "new doctor". I actually got in with one of the older doctors. I get the wait time but it's the receptionists here that are snobby and rude.

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt after today I just had too. I had an amazing experience, and the assessment coordinator was so helpful. The staff was friendly. The positive vibe of this clinic is so up-lifting.

Very friendly atmosphere and skilled professionals.

BDO have been my accounting firm for years. The staff are very knowledgeable and I always leave confident that things are done right.
