Clairelise is a very patient listener that takes all points of view when there are significant differences in points of view - She usually does not take sides but rather coaches us in thinking in different ways so that we start changing our traditional "reactions" for handling conflicting views or reactions. - When needed she gives us examples and then let us work on ourselves until the next meeting.
