The Therapists are highly trained working professionals that offer you therapy at a low cost. I have participated in a session and continuing to do so. the Psychologists and Therapists know how to communicate and offer coping mechanisms for your mental illness. Sometimes the process is quick and sometimes the process is long but that is the human brain for you. They'll recommend you to doctors and other therapists if you need to do so.
