I have been seeing this dude for more than three months, I can just say one thing, he is absolutely amazing, he has helped me a lot! very positive and helpful sessions! in the beginning I couldn't eat anything for a week as I was so depressed but after my sessions with him, I could actually go home and eat a proper meal. he is brilliant, I highly recommend him!!!

I have just finished my six weeks with Help and I just want to say thank you, my therapist has really helped me understand myself better , I know can be more kind with myself and others and be aware of certain patterns. I'd recommend anyone going through a challenging time to get done help. Thank you!

Nice venue

I began counselling sessions with Catherine after suffering from extreme stress and anxiety at work and in my home life. The stress and anxiety had got to the stage where I did not even want to leave the house. Catherine helped me understand where my problems had originated from , why the problems were happening, and gave me the mental tools I needed to recover from my issues. I am now back at work and am better equipped to deal with work/life balance in general. I regard the counselling I received from Catherine to be the main reason that I am now able to do this.

The Grove is a great place I attended a couple of years ago at the ending of an important long term relationship. This was a painful and emotional time and thought it was good idea to speak to the "mental well being experts" in order to strive to be, the best person I could be, from the experience. The sessions were really educational, instructive, structured, helpful and I learned a lot about myself. It has made me look at the world with wiser and more balanced eyes which I take away for life. We all have such patterns in common as human beings, it's so very useful to talk to people who are trained to identify and work with these. Aside from the professional nature of my counsellor and all the benefits I gained from the time, Sarah is a lovely person, kind and funny and I could not recommend her and the practice more highly.

Don't go to this guy- never met such an egotistical person. Namedropping, vanity self publishing, the works. Thinks he is some kind of bad boy made good; he is just a pillock who spends more time talking about himself than giving any worthy advice. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
