Careers By Design truly changed the direction of my career. After being unemployed for over 6 months, I was completely unmotivated to continue searching for new jobs, and often thought about pursuing a different career path. Someone mentioned that I needed to see a career counselor and I figured it was about time I did something like that. After being coached, everything completely changed for me and I instantly felt a boost in my self-confidence. With the help of their services, I figured out my next steps and got help with resume writing and even my social media profiles which I had no idea I had to do. Going through interviews was never easy for me but I did feel a lot more confident and I am pleased to say that I have landed a new job where I feel happy using my skills. Couldn't have done it without the help of Careers by Design and everybody there who encouraged me along the way. Thank you!

I have known Allan over many years, having worked with him in a large mental health organization.. He was a very respected employee regarding his clinical abilities. In the last five years I have been involved with Allan in an Emotionally Focused Couples Supervisory Group with other Certified EFT Therapists. Ellen has been a relationship saver. She has helped my fiancé and I navigate through the tough times of love and relationship with care and diligence.
