I recommend Hannah as a counceler 100 times over! She has a natural ability and understanding about people and relationships. I've always come away feeling empowered, hopeful and encouraged. Hannah is easy to talk to and takes the time to truly understand people and what's going on. She doesn't just rush into "fix" things like other councelers ive experienced.

I went counselling here before when I was younger was great. This review is based off of my last experience. I got approved to go to 12 sessions I believe or 10. Went to one session. Than after I booked the next one all went well. Til I got a call day before my appointment, I just found out my auntie passed away and asked to reschedule. So I got a new appointment in place. After the weekend and I was on my way to funeral service the counsellor called me herself and said I have to pay fee because I didn't give 24 hour notice. I told her I rescheduled day before with receptionist. But, she said that still wasn't 24 hour notice. I told her about the passing and she just proceeded to say I must pay a fee to continue services. So I haven't went back since...
