Not only that, but they beat competitor prices by over $3,000! We got quotes from three other countertop companies and none of them could come close to the price or professionalism of Creative Granite!

Well, we got a lot for our moneys worth, They came and they conquered. They did as they said within the time frame they provided us with. We gotb a great price and was very happy with their professionalism. Im really big on attendance and attitude when it comes to a contractor, many will feed you stories. I made the mistake of buying a new construction home in Tanglewood in South Lyon, MI and this company was the subcontractor for the granite. When I did my walk through prior to closing, I noticed a chip in the main island that they tried to hide with some colored caulk. I felt deceived that they tried to hide the defect. Thankfully they replaced the center island which was quite large; they did the right thing even though Im sure it was costly. HOWEVER when I later noticed some vertical cracks in the countertop (near the cooktop) I asked the builders warranty dept to look into this and they dispatched a repair person from Classic Stone Marble and Granite out to my home and he told me they are having a lot of trouble with this granite and multiple homeowners were upset. The repairman ground down the surface and polished it and it looked a little better but it was still cracked and I wanted it replaced with a piece that wasn't cracked. Later,"the owner" came out and told me this was natural and it's fine. I'm not sure why they wouldn't disclose this but make sure you ask BEFORE you pay them. Unfortunately, Now I have to take them to court to get the granite (without cracks) that I already paid for

The lobby is clean. The warehouse has the best section organized and to choose from variety of beautful stone. The installation was friendly and fast. The measuring team is professional and modern technology! Especially loved the sale Help (Angelo) for the excellent customer service and patience with all the inquiries and selection. Great communication and custom production!

We had Motor City Granite install new cabinets and quartz counter tops, From start to finish everyone was great to work with. Shannon is a design expert. We love everything about it!

I had brand new appliances installed today. It turns out the counter top range was slightly too large for the existing hole. I called Michigan Granite and Marble and they were able to come over immediately in between customer appointments and make the hole slightly larger while the installers were still here. Absolutely fantastic service and very polite gentlemen. Will definitely recommend going forward.

TERRIBLE SERVICE and extremely poor customer service too! I don’t even know where to start! 1. Granite Home Design in Oxford installed choppy pieces of granite with more seams than we agreed upon. 2. The one seam, which was not supposed to be there, is one inch from my kitchen sink. Lots of water gets in there and Granite Hone Design needed to come back to reseal...which was expensive. 3. The latest is the terrible customer service! I called Andrea weeks ago to tell her that my under mount sink FELL IN! I’ve asked a ton of building contractors and no one has ever heard of such a thing ever happening! Granite Home Design of Oxford never installed it properly as the epoxy or maybe just wood glue never made it around the entire sink. Seems they tried to cut corners. Andrea first tells me that I need to pay for it to get fixed. This is a service that I paid for....to correctly install my granite AND sink! Then she increases the cost to put in a sling to hold the sink. Then tells me that service can’t come out for 2-3 weeks! NOW she tells me I need to pay extra for an “emergency call” but yet said I could’ve had service last week. I’m just getting the run around because this job is not a huge money-making service call. Sick and tired of getting poor customer service. Awful company!

I've done a few counters with these guys and I've always loved the outcome. The install guys Mike and Dimitri on this last job were especially excellent.

Phenomenal experience with Q Stone Inc ! We had a house full of granite installed (kitchen and 3 bathrooms) and could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. From our first meeting with Radu, through the granite selection process, all the way through installation we felt like we had a professional on our side to help us through the process. No pressure, great communication, and extremely polite & professional. They even took great care during the installation process to cover the floors/stairs and vacuum the work areas after they were done. All-in-all we were able to get premium materials (granite & sinks) for less than what other companies were charging for their generic materials. Thank you Radu and the Q Stone Inc team!
