Granite Plus did a very professional job installing countertops in our house. They provided granite for the island and quartz for the surrounding. They had a wide selection of material in their show room, were pleasant to work with, on time for the installation, and reasonably priced. I have recommended them to my family and will use them again.

I needed to put in three Cambria countertops of differing configurations so I reached out to a number of different companies on the Cambria web site. Some never responded, while others did quote. DTK was very prompt and professional with their quotes. I had a number of questions and Tzvetelina was very patient in answering them all. Once I decided to go with DTK, they were out for a measurement in just a couple of days, drawing in one day to sign off and ready to install less than a week later! The end product was perfect and installers were prompt, friendly and respectful of home, including floor. They worked quickly and cleaned up fully when done. Best job of seaming and caulking I have seen compared to a number of other countertops I have had installed. And in addition to all this, they were very competitive. I would highly recommend you have them bid on your next project

Not impressed with customer service from the day we signed the quote for the purchase of our granite counter top, they say you don't judge a book by it's cover but this time the saying was wrong. The poor or may I say lack of customer service started right from the beginning and continues to this day. We have been given different excuses as to why our top isn't installed and incoherent excuses between service and installation, as if the right and left hand have no clue what they are doing. Overall, not impressed and I can state for a fact that this will be my final experience.

I just had my kitchen, bar, laundry room and 3 vanities fabricated and installed through MGM and they are the best!!!! We couldn't be happier! With Elisa's guidence and expertise they helped us pick exactly what were looking for after exhausting about 10 different quartz lines from starting with Cambria to cheap and ugly we settled on 3 different quartz colors from MSI. Our kitchen countertops are very intricate with a 3" miter on all tops and 2 waterfall legs on our island. They nailed the veining and the joint!! So perfect to the point where there is hardly any sign of the joint. Anyone who doesn't know it's there can't find it. The workmanship is unlike any I've experienced and this is my third countertop project, but most importantly the customer service and attention we got from Elisa was truly unbelievable. If you want countertops call her!!! Right now!! We walked in there by chance and I'm so glad we did!! Well worth the $20k we spent there.

Our house was flooded earlier this year and initially Precision Stone Design worked closely with the restoration specialists for removal of our existing granite. Gina helped us in selecting our quartz countertops which match beautifully with our cabinets and reflect our modern taste. They ensured that the entire experience was smooth and hassle free. Gina and Vish were very helpful through the entire process of design, product selection and installation. We were also excited to see our digital kitchen layouts and it turned out to be just perfect. Scheduling our installation was was easy and the teams showed up just when they supposed to. The installers were efficient and professional and had the new tops placed in no time. We have been delighted by the top notch customer service and I would highly recommend Precision Stone Design to anyone who is looking to upgrade their stone countertop.

Great selection and it helps that the slabs are outside so you can see what they look like. Takes some time to complete the whole process but I was emailed/called about updates along the way. Delivery and installation went perfect.

Wonderful staff,there service and work quality is top notch

Wanted $900 for a standard 60 inch vanity. Went with adratic in Barrington and got my kitchen and bathroom done for $2000. Vanity only cost $450 with adratic. Rember, these guys are getting the full slabs you see in the warehouse for $400 which are 60 square feet. Huge mark up and this place is robbery
