Countertop Fabricators

This is the choice fabricator by our kitchen guy and we are very happy with his selection! J & J did an excellent job on our granite countertops and we love them! We have 2 huge islands and then two smaller countertops in a custom kitchen by Norther Homestead Kitchens and I can't say enough about this company. Due to an error by CIOT (delivering the wrong stone) we were on a tight timeframe and they were able to accomodate us and we were very thankful. They even cut some of our old granite counter on site as we wanted to still use the previous counter but in other areas outside.

Bluemar Marble is quality and exceptional service from start to finish. Even though I had an existing idea of what I wanted for my kitchen island and counter, including the backsplash behind the stove, their consultative services spoke from years of experience and advised me in a direction that is absolutely the best option. Our kitchen looks like a million bucks with these counters installed. The installers were absolutely professional -- by the time they were done, it's like they hadn't even been there, save for the new counters. We also had a fireplace surround done in the same gorgeous stone -- Super White -- and Bluemar suprised us by doing this out of a single piece. It looks amazing. Their care to detail is also reflected in our double-waterfall island countertop; they even did the return under where the stools will go. Absolutely amazing. If you're looking for incredible stone for your home interior, Bluemar is the only name you should be considering.

Have been dealing with them last few years! Great people! They go out of their way to serve and build great relationships with their customers!

No fancy showroom. Just top-quality products and honest service, and everything is in stock. Update: after my initial visit, workingwith a salesperson to pick material for a countertop, I called for several days to arrange for measurements, leaving messages, without getting any calls back at all. When I finally got a hold of someone, I learned that, in fact, they don't actually serve consumers!

Best price and Quality in the GTA , guys done 5 homes for me . Highly recommended .

I love my kitchen countertops and backsplash, they look amazing and they are so easy to clean.Great job Vladimir and the rest of the Contemporary Glass Design team!

I have used The Granite Shop for 2 separate projects, and have been very happy. Gabriel is professional, honest, and just an overall good person. The prices were competitive and fair, and the work was done quickly. I would not hesitate to use The Granite Shop again and again.

Quality work and stone collection! Also great customer service!

Great prices! Excellent workmanship. Experience was pleasant from the front desk to the installment. Highly recommend.

Once we decided to get granite, we immediately remembered driving by Surface Encounters many times. My husband and I made plans to do some initial looking around on a Sunday. Once we got there, we were instructed to take a look around and a salesman would be with us shortly. My husband and I walked up and down the isles, and picked out different slabs we liked. We were then greeted by Keith, one of the salesmen. He was extremely friendly, and when I explained what I was looking for, he took us around to show us all the slabs that they had. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He was not the typical pushy salesman. We were so satisfied with our experience we did not feel the need to look any further. We picked out what we wanted and Keith drew up the contract. Less than two weeks later the granite was installed in our kitchen. The installers were also very friendly and experienced, and did an amazing job. We will be returning to Surface Encounters when we chose to purchase additional granite for the bathrooms.

Great service and best pricing family run facility

I had brand new appliances installed today. It turns out the counter top range was slightly too large for the existing hole. I called Michigan Granite and Marble and they were able to come over immediately in between customer appointments and make the hole slightly larger while the installers were still here. Absolutely fantastic service and very polite gentlemen. Will definitely recommend going forward.

Great store. Very helpful!
