I called Andrew because my mom's custom built garden deck and pathway were suffering from age and weather. She wanted to preserve the deck for sentimental reasons, so Andrew found a clever way to re-enforce the original structure rather than propose a rebuild, even though this was a quick and low cost solution. I'm certain most contractors would have recommended a complete rebuild, but Andrew really listened to our needs and was willing to adapt. The work fast very fast and at an excellent value. I would highly recommend Andrew and his crew for new builds or renovations on your home.

They sent in a guy, surveyed my deck and gave a verbal quote. Committed to come in a week to start than phoned to say unable to make it due to family problems. OK by me so another day in the coming week. He text me says he's tied up with another job, in an incuring back log due to raining issues. Again I said OK understandable. So this drags to 3 weeks. I check the weather forcast its going to be dry coming week. I asked if you can do it & when? More lame excuses. Finally its the 4th week. Now he doesn't even reply to call or texting. I finally got the message that he's not interested. No professionalism! At least call or text that you decided not to accept job for what ever reasons which was fine by me. This was my disappointing experience. Be cautious if you decide to engage this contractor. I gave 1 star only because the guy made 1 visit 👎🌨😡

I am currently having cupboards (new kitchen really) and all new laminated flooring put in by Byron Deziel. So far i am very pleased with his friendliness and positive attitude . His willingness to work hard to please the customer is refreshing and hard to find these days.....I will update this as the job moves forward.

We hired Lorraine to plan and redo our entire property. She both designed and ran the crews. A very impressive lady and we highly recommend her.

The old guy behind the computer couldn't be bothered to get up from his chair to greet my wife and i. The store was empty he must of been too busy checking emails or made too much money that day. so we went down the street and bought from another patio store.

As a renovation contractor they cover the range of Great Vision, Intent Listening and Crisis Management; sometimes one aspect is needed, often two and rarely three. No matter the case, it's great to have ConstructoGroup to work with.

Work was well-coordinated, and a good job was done at insulating our attic and our crawl space. Our floors definitely feel less cold!

Dean and his crew from Island Deckmaster turned our old deck into an oasis. It is like a new room added to our house. The old deck was neither well-built nor positioned right on the house. Maintenance was difficult and time-consuming. The new deck has a beautiful vinyl cover and a combination of glass and picket railing. The strategic combination helped keeping the cost down while maximizing the view. His advice to add a steel canopy on one section of the deck has paid off many times over. I can stay dry when cook the steaks on the barbeque or sit and watch the sunset even when it rains. We do live in Victoria BC so it does rain a lot here. I would highly recommend this contractor.
