Decks & Railing

Very accommodating to our needs with professional and friendly customer service. would recommend these guys to anyone who needs there deck done.

We had Eternal Vinyl repair, resurface and cover our deck. The workmanship is beyond what I expected! So many times we have been disappointed with the professionalism and quality of home renovations, but Josh and his crew exceeded our expectations! The new deck has literally changed the face of our home and we could not be happier. We would recommend Eternal Vinyl wholeheartedly and without any reservations! Judith and Mark Abbotsford

Great quality product, great installation, friendly staff and an awesome selection. These guys really know what they are doing.

PCW built our retaining wall and cedar fence. They did an amazing job, we couldn't be happier! Excellent quality workmanship. I highly recommend them for any cedar work

I called for a quote to have a basement reno'd and Mike said he would not come unless i revealed our budget... not professional Mike! Doesnt deserve our business!

Adam Clark of XMT Construction is a superbly gifted contractor with a deep commitment to excellence and the highest level of integrity. I've known him for several years and had him do work for me which was completed to high standards, on time and within budget. He is passionate about great work and especially excited about producing awesome decks. The workmanship his team produces is consistently outstanding in every way. The team communicates well, shows up when they say they will (which is rare these days) and cleans up after the job is done. Highly recommended!

After installing a wheelchair ramp to our deck for our daughter, we had Sukh out to our home. They installed new deck vinyl, aluminum railings and a gate. Products are of excellent quality and installation was professional. We found staff very knowledgeable and engaging. Enjoying our new deck. Job well done! We would highly recommend All Seasons Waterproofing Inc.

I am not really sure what has been going on with Duradek over the last few years but from a company who has been around for over 40 years, and has always been considered reliable and of excellent quality, no longer meets those standards. Maybe it is just the contractors they have been utilizing, but there is definitely some disconnect. Now up to 3 clients in the Okanagan have had their decks either not properly installed leading to further damage to their homes or severe cracking where the deck is not function-able. Based out of Vancouver, they contract to Kelowna where the service is either not followed up, or when they do actually call, you are told they can't come for a few weeks, and then they are still a no show, without even a courtesy call. This goes on for months to years. and becomes exhausting, but in the end its all about the principle, and honouring ones product, right? Communication and follow-up is poor to say the least. Of course everything can be relayed due to weather and backed up in bookings, but for a company that is supposed to stand by their warranty and service rendered I would not recommend Duradek to anyone at this point. (last I checked, spring to summer in the Okanagan is a great time to have a deck repaired...) With reading other reviews I would have to say it seems like maybe they should be looking into more reliable installers, and switching customer services representatives.
