Having built my last deck (Cedar) 18 years ago I stopped into The Deck Yard to inquire about composite as a replacement option. I was completely blown away by the sheer selection of brands,, styles and colours available in both Composite and PVC. Thomas took the time to walk me through the pros and cons and helped estimate the materials I would need (he knows his stuff!). The entire Deck Yard Team are truly professional and offer personal service at a competitive price. In short, my entire experience from the beginning to the end of the project was fantastic. Very poor customer service. I wanted a quote for a fence project and they never got back to me. When I called, they said they were too busy. With customer service like that, you won't be busy for long. Get your fence materials from somewhere else.

Called for an estamate they told me to f off and hung up on me . Will never do business with these people. Dont waste your time.
