Decks & Railing

Excellent work from initial assessment to finishing touches. Had an uneven torch-on deck and had it replaced with a vinyl duradek. Work required removal of a few rows of siding, removal of torch-on deck, grading for water run-off, new plywood underlay, new plumbing for drainage, application of duradek vinyl, and resetting of siding. Took about 1.5 weeks with a few rainy days in between. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been through a lot of renos over the years, and All Points is unquestionably the best experience I’ve ever had. Not only did I genuinely like Dave and his team, their work was outstanding. Our reno was quite large. There was 1100 sq ft of cedar decking being installed, a roof extension to created a covered deck space, and a 300 sq ft building in the back yard. We had started our project with another contractor and it was a complete debacle. Dave came in and was so genuinely kind - it was such a relief to be working with nice, honest, skilled people. They picked up from where the previous contractor left off, corrected his mistakes, and got our projects to completion. We are so, so happy with the work they did, and the overall experience of working with Dave’s team. I truly hope to work with them again in the future!

Great work. Had my old rotten, unsafe deck ripped out and rebuilt. New Duradek decking, aluminum railing and new aluminum roof. Great, efficient work. Done in a timely manner. Will call Ron in a heartbeat for our next project.

I just met with a very friendly and knowledge staff member at their office, great service

Did a great job on our deck! Just love it ... Parable Beach

Very poor attention to customers concerns. I ordered the same part two times - about a week apart - and was charged identically for shipping ($20). But the actual shipping cost was drastically different for each parcel ($13.50 for the first vs. $1.80 for the second). When I contacted Jerry to inquire, I was met with disdain. He said he didn't need to listen to my questions, then said that the cost of the trip to the p.o. needed to be covered (which I understand) but he didn't care to address my questioning the actual cost difference. He said if the part arrived in one piece I should be happy. I was open to explanation, but instead was met with an obtuse attitude towards customer service.

You got Toys and Tools? Yes! Trailers Etc has a trailer for that! Great selection, the team are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I called ABCO for some deck repair advice. Don was very patient and helpful. Thanks!
