Decks & Railing

Suncoast built a 14 x 14 Screenroom on our existing deck. We are very pleased with the results, the fit and finish is excellent and they completed it in one day. Our backyard is in close proximity to wetlands so the deck was unusable due to mosquitos. No bugs now! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Matt and his company Ridgeline Improvements. His renovation and development projects show the pride he takes in every project his team completes. He is a pleasure to work with and I admire his commitment to quality workmanship and customer service while completing projects on time and on budget. I’m happy to recommend Ridgeline Improvements to my customers, friends and family.

To make a long story short: I waited for 3 months for them to resurface a deck. I finally called it off only to have them respond with, “Well, that makes my life easier.” They never honoured any commitment they made. They never met a timeline. If I could give a no star rating, I would. Stay away from this contractor.

Top quality products, knowledgeable staff.. my go to for vinyl products!

Quality of workmanship was excellent. He took the time to complete all details with persition while still keeping on point with the schedual. Was very friendly yet professional and you could tell he took pride in his work. Basement is beautiful and was completed on budget....I was very pleased with the end results as well as through out the entire construction process of the project. I would with out a doubt recommend dc contracting to anyone for any and all types of renovation needs. Tile work beautiful, never any problems with water leaks or whatnot in the bathroom, nice feature wall with a geometric design painted on, some custom shelves/desk and countrer too doing us well plus gorgeous. Thank you for all your hard work Chris

I have dealt with this company quite a few times and always had great service. I rented a few times and had some work done on smaller trailers. Staff has been friendly, accommodating and do a great job. Prices are better then most other places I check.

I recently had my yard grading re-done by Greentree. After getting 5 quotes, I went with this company because they gave me good information, they hire trained staff (technical school or apprentices) and their quote was the best price for the scope of work. They called ahead to say when they were coming and worked every day until the work was complete. The landscapers were professional in the way they carried out their duties and answered every question I had. They were respectful to my neighbours too regarding noise and bins, and they were careful not to damage other properties. I would recommend this company if you want good work for a fair price.

Friendly staff answered all my questions and were very patient when I had credit card issues

So unprofessional!!! Kelly keep on promising to finish my front and back yard but never came back. Never answered my call and text. Such a liar.

Beautiful church and very friendly congregation!

Solkor is a remarkable company. It is differentiated by customer service. They listen well, adjust plans quickly, and most importantly, follow up consistently and fully. They are very technically proficient which of course is required to be in the business. Top notch wood work, rock work and landscaping. And they strive to find new things that have not been done in their repertoire. To find a company that is passionate about their product and the customer experience is rare. They did an extensive 5 month tear-down and rebuild and landscape on our place in Canmore in the winter and spring of 2017.

I had a new composite deck installed by Candek in August and was extremely happy with the quality of service and finished product. The price was also very competitive - couldn’t be happier.
