Decks & Railing

Just pick up two G/N Trailers. Great Price, They had them in stock ready and was on the road in an hour. Nice staff to deal with.

Terrible service, missed orders, wrong bills. Would never recommend going here

Replace Decking and Duadeck Covering We have a very large deck, part covered part not with and irregular shape and three large stone pillars. The deck is only 7 years old but because the builder did not vent under the deck properly the plywood sheeting rotted out. Bob had his crew, Chris, John and Nathan removed the railings, which were sent out to be re-powder coated, stripped all of the old plywood, replaced 4 of the 2" x 12" stringers, boxed in under the pillars properly and tied them to the engineered beam and pilings, cut 8 - 21"x 8" vents and an access door, and then replaced the covering with new Duradeck. They managed to do all of this work in 3 pretty long days. I watched the work they did and it is a FAR superior install to the one I had done in Calgary by the Duradeck agent there 7 years ago. Bob' crew sanded all of the plywood, seams and screw lines, then used a filler compound to fill all of the seams and screw heads. They then did a great job of laying out the membrane and matching it to the three pillars as well as the whole length of the joint on the house. They were quick, clean good at what they do and a pleasure to deal with.

Hired for a basic job to match existing railing, railing was installed after a long wait in the wrong colour, informed them of the wrong colour, they had them repainted but railings were not protected in transport and the paint was scraped off on two large noticeable spots we informed them of this we were told this is their standard to have some damage, it is normal. I understand minor scratches but these were large chunks of paint scraped off. They came by and spray painted them and they still look bad, I asked them to repaint them or give me a discount and was told that I was not being fair and that the marks are in a spot where most people won't notice and that our deck barely needed railing anyways, Alex at durable deck refused to repaint the railings. He used intimidation to make us pay for the railings. If you are looking for quality and a company who looks after their client do not use these guys, we were worried and somewhat scared of what they might do if we didn't follow his demands.

Jon does excellent work. He is precise and professional and even after two years is happy to answer questions and offer help. Great customer service. Thank you Jon, much appreciated. I would highly recommend him for any deck job.

Matt helped my son and I on a Saturday morning. I appreciate him going out of his way to provide excellent customer service. I will be using Plane4Grain's service again and will refer him because of his friendly disposition. Thanks Matt!

We bought our last two trucks from D&D Sales and are very happy with the service we received from every department. Kyle, our sales rep, was very attentive to our needs and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect.

Work is hard but they pay good

Good transport company.

Great service and great job.

Had my boat trailer re-wired and had been smooth sailing ever since. Original work was all wrong and causing shorts all the time. The crew took a bunch of time over the weekend when they were supposed to be closed to make sure they found the problem and made it right. This customer service was far beyond anything you expect to see. Thank you so much.

All Season Decking did a great job on the DuraDek install for a client's Lake property this summer. The product is excellent. Looks great and is comfortable to walk barefoot on. The matching stair treads really tie the multi-level decks together beautifully. The installation team addressed my questions and requests with professionalism and were diligent in their work ensuring a proper installation and that our needs were met. The few, very minor, issues we had were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. I will be recommending their products and will surely be using their services on future projects.
