Decks & Railing

Amazing products and services! I am so lucky that I hired Deck Builder Richmond Hill because I got to save a lot of money and enjoy a spectacular looking pergola at the same time. Also, I can’t help but admire the worker who came to install everything at my yard. He was very skilled.

Our satisfaction with the deck building service provided by Royal Deck Builder Newmarket was 100%. We were not disappointed with their work as it was professional and effective. They expertly translated the design into a real deck and we were amazed by their superb work. They also charged us with a fair rate for the entire work done.

I recently had my deck built by Konstantin and his crew at KP Construction. We moved into a brand new home last spring but the deck was tiny so me and the wife called around to contractors everywhere for a good deal. At first we only wanted it expanded from it's tiny 6x8 feet size to 10x12. The companies we contacted gave us a price range from $7000-$15000! Told us we would be on a long waiting list, it might not be done until next spring if we are lucky, they would use the existing wood, and a host of other nonsense. Some contractors didn't want to do it because they said the job was too small and not worth their time. Some said it was too far for them to come for such a project. After finally finding KP Construction and seeing his amazing designs we decided to find out when it can be done, the cost and so on. We chose from one of his designs, he gave us the price, time line, what would be done, when it would be done, payment broken down into 4 parts, when delivery of the material would be, when his workers would start, that we would get a 3D model at no extra charge, etc. Is that amazing or what? The price he gave us was $5500. We went to someone we did business with before thinking he'd do it for less, boy were we wrong. He said he could do it for $8,600 plus taxes and material is extra. Keep in mind that the size I originally was going for was 10x12. KP Construction offered us a 10x30' upper and lower level deck for $5.500. Other companies were charging me the prices above for a much smaller, one level deck. KP Construction is as good as their word. There are no hidden costs, they keep you within your budget, never go over, if they say it will be done in a week it will be done in a week or less. Our deck took 3 days and it looks amazing. It's so awesome. We love it. Konstantin keeps you up to date on the progress. Each day you know what will be done. He and his team are professional, effective, efficient, quiet and unbelievably fast. They are reliable, honest, and trustworthy, They take great pride in their work, they have so much integrity. We were very impressed with the quality and speed of their work. You will never find any other company with his business ethics. Other contractors are impressed as well with the quality of their work, as they were going to charge us so much more for KP Constructions design. That alone speaks volume. We have an unfinished basement that we are thinking about finishing, for that job we will be contacting Konstantin and his crew to work their magic as we feel they are the only ones that will be honest, reliable, and capable of finishing our basement; once my wife decides what she wants to do with it. You will never be disappointed. Thank you KP Construction. These are our before and after.

We are happy with Eagle Fencing. They did our fence nicely with good & solid treated wood, posts were installed firmly and deep enough. Our fence is still up nicely after almost 9 years. They did postpone the job not as scheduled but it’s fine. I read other posts giving bad comments. Please accommodate all outside job workers who are tired after all day long in 30c+ in summer or -30c in winter, all clients call or email them daily. We would equally feel frustrated sometimes being interrupted & pushed to come for quotes, installation, repairs etc. when you are very busy or in middle of doing something. Projects may be delay due to changes of weather. They can’t leave projects midways and go install others and leave without completing again & go doing for another. Just be patient

My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Andolina from Woodart Building Services Inc. It was an amazing experience. Sam was a joy to work with, he showed up early.. always with a smile and cleaned up every evening before leaving for the day. He is a true professional and his work is finished beautifully. We would be happy to refer Sam and Woodart to anyone!

We were recently hit by a hurricane and that destroyed our old deck railway system, so I immediately called Deck Builder Vaughan to build a new one for us. They arrived the next day complete with the recommendations and tools. We were impressed by their professionalism and readiness. We will definitely recommend them to our friends.

Good food, cold drinks, excellent entertainment. What more do you need?

I was in the middle of replacing 3 leaning/broken fenceposts, when I discovered that one of the fenceposts that I had pulled out had left behind a concrete ball. This was a Saturday in the middle of the labour day long weekend. Phoned a number of London fencing companies, no answer. Called Bos Decks and Fences, and Jason Vanhuigenbos, the owner, answered. He advised that they were not booking any more work for the remainder of the year, but asked me what my issue was. I described the problem and he said he had the tools to help in his truck (including a jack-hammer if needed) and he would be right over. There was a minimum call out fee, but I didn't have the tools to get this done myself, so I was thankful he was willing to come. He showed up a short while later, and got right to work. He got the concrete ball out, and then suggested that since he was here, he would give me a hand for the time I was paying for. Well, in 1.5 hours, he had the fenceposts in, and leveled. Concrete had been poured. The fence sections had been re-attached and leveled, some with additional long lag bolts for additional strength. Jason was extremely pleasant to work with, friendly and good natured. He was also hard-working, fast, and knew his stuff. By the time he left, I really had nothing further to do except wait for the concrete to dry and then do some backfill. My wife had gone shopping just prior to Jason arriving. She returned a couple of hours later after Jason was gone. She was thrilled to see the fence up and standing tall again and wanted to know "what happened?" I'm planning on reaching out to Jason in the new year, as I still have my back fence to tend to, but I think his skill and work-ethic will beat my amateur efforts any day. I really appreciated being "bailed-out" on such short notice by an excellent fellow. Kudos to you Jason.

Marc is one of the nicest businessman I've ever met.The Process of building my new fence and deck was quick and stress free. I would recommend Blue Sky to all my friends and Family.

CL Customized Decks & Fences are 10 star professionals! Chris & Jordan ripped out my deck that was a shoddy, bad job from another company that a contractor did. Cl Decks & Fences then rebuilt a beautiful deck that we are proud to have. Chris is a creative deck builder who has pride in his work and it definitely shows. Jordan who works for him is a great, young guy who is a conscientious worker. CL Decks & Fences is a business with class, professionalism and beautiful work, they go out of their way to make sure there customers are happy. Chris even moved my mailbox to a nicer place after the deck was built. I could never say enough about the great work Chris & Jordan do. CL Decks & Fences are not just deck & fence builders but dream makers! Thank-you Chris & Jordan for a beautiful deck!

Can't contact them! I've completed the contact form on their website, called a handful of times and left 2 voicemail messages over the course of 3 days. Still no response.
