I will never use this dentist again. I went there in an emergency with a cracked tooth, my own dentist is in Edmonton, but because bright dental is close to my house I decided to try it out. Dr Frank told me that my only option for my cracked filling was a root canal or extraction, they took xrays, and even though I pleaded for any other option he would only give those two. I decided to go another dentist and he gladly gave me another option, he fixed my tooth which turned out to be a loose filling(Something Bright dental failed to mention) without need for a root canal and its been fine since. Its my opinion that some dentists would rather bill big rather than do only the necessary work. You can make your own assumptions based on this. This review is my own opinion. *Update* Bright dental doesnt like bad reviews. They just called me threatening legal action because of its negative nature. Possibly another reason to avoid them in my opinion.

Thank you to Dr. Lorne Wasylucha and the professional, friendly team at Erin Ridge Dental who made my visit yesterday a positive one. I am an adult with tremendous anxiety over going to the dentist stemming from my childhood. The invisible wall of fear is daunting but I could not delay making an appointment any longer. It had to be done. I booked my husband first and then followed him. His experience: said "it was the best teeth cleaning he has ever had done." My experience was the success in sitting in the chair and being treated with gentleness, a little humour and a little bit of time to feel comfortable enough to answer, "tell me when you're ready". I would highly recommend Erin Ridge Dental.

I am a petrified dentist-goer. I moved to Canada and managed to put off going to a dentist for about 4 years... Needless to say I needed a LOT of work done when I finally went here after a recommendation from my friend. 9 cavities, 2 cleanings and 1 root canal later, I will not go anywhere else to have my teeth done. The staff are so understanding and made me feel right at home. They played Disney movies while they worked on my teeth so I'd be distracted and they know how to work my benefits to get the most out of them and cost me the least money out of my own pocket. Best dentist I have ever been to!

We had a wonderful experience at this clinic last week. Our 11 year old daughter had been referred for some dental work that required freezing, and our regular dentist felt she might need more extensive treatment than he could offer. Our daughter is very nervous about needles and has had a very hard time in the past having any dental work done because of her anxiety. We arrived at the clinic and were greeted by very kind and friendly staff- we had no delay, our appointment was right on time. After filling in paperwork we were taken into a treatment room. The staff was so kind and relaxed, and put my daughter at ease. The dentist came in to speak to us and spent as much time as we needed explaining what would happen next, what he recommended and what we needed to do afterwards. The entire time, they were reassuring and spoke to my daughter to explain things and make sure she was comfortable. She had her work done with laughing gas, and was very relaxed, and did not have any anxiety, no crying with the freezing and was able to leave shortly after they finished her procedure. The front office staff handled all my billing paperwork, and explained exactly how it would be billed and reimbursed through our insurance. She loved the tokens and prizes and was even smiling on her way out the door. This was hands down the most positive experience we have ever had at any dentist or doctors office with our kids. I would not hesitate to come back. They have wonderful staff, a very kid friendly office space and made sure it was a great experience for us. Thank you Children's Dental Center!

I am new to the city and I did some research about clinics in the north and I decided to try Sherbrooke Family Dental. I called in at 230 pm and they had an opening for 5 pm which was nice and unexpected. At the clinic, there was no wait and the lady who did my x-rays was very kind. The dentist came in shortly after my x-rays and he performed the check up. He was nice as well. Lastly, the dental hygienist who did my cleaning was great as well. She explained the protocol of lifting ones hand if there is pain which is great for those who may experience it. I really appreciated the zero wait time as I was seen to in a timely manner by all professionals.

Dr. Correia is a kind and professional dentist.

I have been seeing this dental office for 20 years now. I am deathly scared of all dental procedures. I have found a dental hygienist I can trust and need to request her by name when she isn't "away". My dentist Lisa is Fawbulous! She is informative and doesn't ask me to get work over the minimum. I will surely die before getting a root canal some day so I will keep flossing as required. I heard the fees might be higher, but I will keep paying, because they treat my teeth right. In Social Media, I will jump to the chance to recommend this dental office. My wife sees the "guys", but I will let her review that.

As a person who is deathly afraid of dentists. I have to give a huge shout out to Dr. Larson and his Girl ( Im so sorry hum i totally forgot your name). Dr. Larson and his Girl worked on my teeth which I had to have a tooth pulled. I was having a extremely bad anxitey attack and Dr. Larson and his Girl had me laughing and feeling comfortable even though I was shaking. And before I knew it they had the tooth out. It was the best dental appointment I have ever had in my life. I'm actually looking forward to my next one and getting my smile back. So if you are looking for an amazing dental clinic look no further. Both Dr. Larson and Dr. James are amazing. I have had the opportunity to work with both of them. Dr. James worked with my 6 year old daughter and she loves him. Thank you for being the best!!! And you are always greeted with a smile and a hello your name and asked how you are doing. Like who doesn't like that.

Took my son to fix two cavities that were bothering him. Dr Ali had time to fix only one. Yesterday we went for the rest of work to be done under general anesthesia in U of A and dr said that he has abscess in the same tooth because of inappropriate installation of filling. He had to pull tooth out, clean the area, freeze the nerve, stitch the gum. Few days and he infection would spread to the blood so we would have to go to emergency. I hoped that Dr Ali could help but instead he made it worse. If we would do anything, he would still have a tooth. I don't know how and why he did this, was it a bad day or his general performance, but I don't want to risk it anymore. I would rather drive him to Edmonton and have longer waiting than have one more of this experiences. His reception and assistants are good though,so complaint is not about service, it's just about main issue-dental. They didn't even say sorry about it.

Dr. Mahoney and staff have provided my family and I excellent preventive and therapeutic dental care for our time living in Wetaskiwin. He and his staff are knowledgeable and caring about each individual's dental care needs. Thank you Dr. Mahoney and The Team!

Office is clean and welcoming, staff is friendly and dentist is excellent. Had a couple of fillings done, quick and painless. Really like how Dr. Crawford took extra time making sure bite was right and tooth was polished after doing the filling. Also filling blends in much better than dental work I had done in Edmonton. Very happy.

So grateful to Dr. Quon and Carrie for getting me in remarkably quick to do a root canal. He's very calming and talks you through everything. I felt like I was five years old again. Great dentist specially for people and kids with anxiety about visiting the dentist.

The best experience at a dental office I have ever had. Calm and relaxing. Very professional staff and the step by step explanations make the visits I've had and have more in the future comforting. I am not so panicked about going to the dentist now.
