I've been here 4 times. Mostly for cleanings. The dental hygenist I saw was good but rude receptionists. The 4th time needed a filling and was told it was on the surface and would not require freezing...I've never had a cavity filled without freezing but trusted him to do his job. He drilled into my tooth and hit what I assume to be a nerve causing serious pain and told me to hold still when I couldn't take the pain. I demanded freezing or I was leaving and they finally froze the hell out of my whole face somehow right to my forehead and sloppily filled a cavity that probably didn't exist. The filling fell out a month later. This guy is a criminal.

I had my dentures made by John in Feb of 2008 and he was a doll, easygoing, friendly, explained everything so completely to me, very very reasonable on prices, I get compliments almost daily on my smile and from people asking who is my dentist , almost no one knows that I have dentures, they are so natural looking, I would definately recommend John Brown to anyone who was interested and I will definately go to John again for any work I may need in the future !!......Denise
