The assistant shoved the x-ray deflector in my mouth. She couldn't apologize, was super rude....the dentist had no desire to help me. All he tried to do is extort thousands of dollars from me. Telling me my teeth are being repairable. When I sout out a second opinion. All I needed was a simple filling.....this business extorts clients.

The staff are all friendly. The waiting room is comfortable - not that I usually have to spend much time in there. I see Dr. Trisna, whom I definitely recommend! She always explains all my options and gives reasons for her recommendations, is very accomodating to any concerns I might have, and I truly get the sense that she cares about what is best for me and my well-being. My parents and grandfather all see Dr Fry, another dentist at the clinic, and have had no complaints. If you are looking for a new dentist, I definitely recommend Ainslie St Dental!

Their front desk staff are all very friendly; always give you a detailed bill, remind you of your appointment, and allow you to book out up to a full year in advance. This place is amazing!! The staff is super friendly! My daughter has been to a few different places who refused to work on her because she was scared and wouldn't open her mouth. We had no problem here!! He makes it fun and exciting. Not only does he tell you what he's doing, but he waits until you are comfortable before he begins each step. They accept direct billing with your insurance and they were able to help recommend another clinic for anesthesia that does the same. I would recommend this place to everyone!
