I highly recommend this practice. Dr. McNicholl is very smart and seems to see you as a person and genuinely care about you. The reception is fantastic and goes the extra mile. The hygienists are kind and that is so important. There is one hygienist who kept telling me I didn't have to stay when I complained of pain and that was not very empathetic and actually I did have to stay because that's what I was there for, but she was new and maybe she will get more understanding. When I had to cancel one day, even though I had a good reason, they said I would have to pay next time which I thought wasn't fair because of the thousands of dollars I give them. However, I would still recommend this clinic above all others and I have been to a lot.

I have always had great service there but today was amazing. My 1 & 1/2 year old had a horrible broken tooth injury couldn't eat or drink. They answered the phone 10 minutes before they even opened. They got me and appointment to see a dentist very quickly. Dr Violet was fantastic. The dental staff went all hands on deck to get an X-ray of my uncooperative toddler. A special thanks to the ladies at the front desk who went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my son an appointment with a specialist who could take care of him. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Wisdom Teeth Removal
Around 4 weeks ago I started experiencing extreme pain in the back of my mouth. I was completely unsure as to what was causing this and in immense pain. For anyone that has had to get their wisdom teeth removed you know what i mean! My situation was getting worse by the day, and needed help immediately. I called a couple places in Sudbury as my dentist could not do it, but Dr. Grebe and his team made time for me and resolved my issue. These guys really helped me out and I just wanted to show my appreciation.
