My busy family lifestyle, Dr Lo has multiple locations and flexible time slots to accommodate my family of 5. Waiting room is very cozy and modern. I had the best experience today...more importantly so did my 5 year old son. Dr. Panozzo and the dental hygienist (sadly I didn't get her name) were amazing, super sweet, patient, kind and friendly. My son had a tooth pulled (ouch), and you wouldn't even know it. Trauma free. From the consultation (where they showed him his "austronaut nose" that he couldn't wait to take home with him after his surgery) to booking the appointment (and rebooking)..the entire staff was accommodating, understanding and friendly. Highly recommend this dentist and office to anyone with small children. We drove in from niagara Region and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Dr. Barabash is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been 'deta-phobic' for my entire life, and Dr. Barabash has been outstanding. Her entire team is sensitive, professional, and I trust them with my families dental care.

My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and needed a new dentist. The receptionist was very friendly when we called in to book our first appointment. We needed a dentist appointment very quickly as my boyfriends was having a very bad toothache. When we arrived the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. We chatted with her for a bit about where we had moved from and she told us this area was good for families. My boyfriend was called into the room and the dentist came in and introduced himself and then asked what the problem was. He was very young and very professional. He took xrays and explained everything he saw on the xray and gave us the options of what we could have done to fix the problem. He was not pushy and allowed us to make the decisions. My boyfriend decided to have his tooth extracted by this dentist and not go to the oral surgeon who costs more. He was on the antibiotics for an infection for a week and then his next appointment was immediately following his finishing of the prescription. The dentist was patient and extracted the tooth which 3 of the roots had broken off of. He got every piece of the tooth and roots out and my boyfriend felt pretty good in the days following. We continue to go to this dentist and I would recommend him to anyone.

To Jill Kippling. Are you sure you're writing about the right office? I am the office manager at Lily Dental and I know all of our patients by name and was unable to find you. I would however, like to clarify a couple things that concerned you. A 'simple teeth cleaning' as you said you requested is actually called 'periodontal scaling'. It is the same at every office in Ontario and we all use the same procedure codes so that would explain the term used on your statement. We do not have dental assistants perform scaling but I assure you, our hygienist is very gentle and experienced and has not received a complaint before. She is very conscious of patient comfort and would have offered you alternatives if she was made aware of your discomfort. Sometimes, if it has been 3 or 4 years since your last cleaning, there would be some sensitivity during or afterwards as your gums and teeth are not used to being cleaned. As far as creating a hole in the tooth as you described, I would suggest that is extremely unlikely as the hygienist uses only cleaning instruments. It is possible that you had a cavity which was underneath calculus and went unnoticed until the teeth were cleaned, but without seeing you it is hard to say. They took my son in right before they closed for the day because he had a painful cavity that needed to be filled. They are always so good with my kids when they get their teeth cleaned and make them feel at ease. Thank you!
