Saw Dr. Grodecki today for wisdom tooth removal in Sudbury. First the receptionist was awesome, very friendly and thorough. The two nurses that attended to me were from Sault St Marie and were also awesome. I had never had an IV before and was VERY nervous. They were funny, kind and reassuring. Made me feel so much at ease. Dr. Grodecki was also awesome! Very professional, nice man and great surgeon. Could not have ask for better care. Thank you to all of you who took such great care of me :) :) :)

Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing. I have suffered from severe dental anxiety for years, but finally I have found a dentist and a team of wonderful hygienists who have eased my anxiety and my visits are always pleasant. Recently I had a tooth repaired and Dr. Patel told me what he was doing at each step and told me how long he would be, he checked in with me frequently, asking if I was okay. It was quick and painless!
What a great dental practice, highly recommended!!

I have had such a fantastic experience at Lakeside Family Dentistry in Orillia. Dr. Naghdi is very professional, informative and I truly think he cared about me and my teeth! I'm not a big fan of the dentist, I hate getting any work done in my mouth but I have confidence in Dr.Naghdi since he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while working on my teeth. Dr. Naghdi is very knowledgeable, nice and provides the best affordable treatment option. It was such a good experience at Lakeside Family Dentistry and well worth driving 104 km each way. I would highly recommend Dr. Naghdi and Dr. Bajgiran at their new lovely and cozy office in Orillia.

I called in an appointment with the office, I was able to fill an opening for the following day (which I am suspecting was a cancellation). After re arranging a busy schedule to accommodate, I showed only to be told that my appointment was for the following day. I can understand that miscommunications happen, and plans change, however I was rather unimpressed with the reception staff’s lack of respect for my time and schedule. I found the experience frustrating and will be looking for a new dentist.
