Excellent service

Form the reception on the way in to the toy on the way out, this was a great experience for the little man. Everyone is friendly and comforting. If you have a little one and it's their first visit to the dentist Highlands is the place to go.

Dr. Black, Dr.Itagawa and the staff are highly professional, proficient and make a visit to the dentist as pleasant as it can be.

I have been going to the same dental office since about 1980 and feel now like I am part of the furniture starting out with Dr. Weisbeck and now attending the current dentist Dr. Berg. Thank you for asking me to write a review as I am a fan of Dr. Berg & staff. If a person feels "out of sorts" they just have to go to the office and have their teeth fixed as well as a bad mood. I find the staff really cheerful, positive, & very funny. These trusted tooth tacticians could do well with a comedy show on TV. I hold Dr. Berg in high regard & feel so fortunate to have him as my dentist. He is very skillful & quick, work is virtually painless, explains procedures and works out a mutual plan. He has had to come in and open up the office on several occasions for me with dental problems especially on weekends. I am pleased that Dr. Larter works in the same location to be available for extra help if needed. Also very happy to have Carol Taylor as my dental hygienist as she teaches dental hygiene & does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth at the same time. I've been a patient at Okanagan Smiles for the last five years. I have never had a bad experience. All the staff are extremely helpful! The technology used makes all procedures so much easier to handle. No need to look for any other Dentist, just go here!

Jonathan and Jamie have been the absolute best to work with these past 2 years! My patients are made to feel very comfortable and confident when they visit the lab for custom shade matches, and their work is the best I have found working in California, Guam, Penticton, Vernon and now Kelowna. I would recommend their lab to anyone who wants the peace of mind that they can deliver the best for their patients with the least amount of hassle!

I had to get a molar pulled. I haven't had any dental problems at the age of 40 so I was pretty terrified like a kid. From the service I recieved at the front, to the entire procedure of the extraction I was supper impressed with the dr David. Good work! I think I found my new dentist. Highly recommend.

I was booked in for a teeth cleaning before it was free, the receptionist picked this time for me. I have full benefits and teeth cleaning is covered fairly often. After i asked why i was being charged i was told "i booked it in at the wrong time". I did not pick the time to book it they did, and i was also charged for a fluoride treatment i did not ask for .

Dr. Hallett is a true professional. He is a master of his craft. If you are looking for straighter healthier teeth Dr. Hallett is the dentist for you. He is actually involved in teaching other dentists how to treat their patients with invisalign. He is a leader in his field!

The staff work quickly and listen to your concerns. I have been with them both on a plan and not covered by one and the service is great either way. Professionals in their field. I trust them, and I dont trust or like people digging around in my head usually. Even when I move away I have kept them as my dental office of choice.

I found Dr. Belbin, Dr. Loo and staff to provide a pleasant, thorough and caring dental experience. Definitely (5) stars!

Literally the best possible dentist you could go see, Dr. Clarke, is the most caring dentist I have ever met, he called me to check on me both befor and after I had my tooth pulled, the receptionist is very kind, made sure I got the beat possible price for having my tooth pulled.
