Great dentists and dental staff. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dentist so far. They are especially great with my young kids.

An absolute gem of a doctor! Provides the absolute best orthodontic treatment in Prince George and has an amazing staff..they make you feel like family. I got my braces off years ago and still to this day I receive compliments..I never forget to tell people who's responsible :)

I've moved to PG about a year ago and was lucky to be a patient of this dental clinic. Clinic offers amazing page of professionalism and customer care. Appointments are scheduled promptly, and reminder/followup phone calls are done. Staff is well trained, friendly and customer service oriented. Clinic also does lots of work with insurance companies and are familiar with most of the major dental coverage plans. My entire family uses this clinic for all dental work and I highly recommend them!

Excellent! Very clean and lovely place. I almost always hated dental clinics because of some bad experience but I really like Family Fental Care, College Hights. Very polite and well coming staff and great dentists. My dentist is Dr. Minhas which is absolutely the best. My hasband also had the exact same experience with his dentist, Dr. Tao. Overall we are happy with our choice.

They are awesome...and I really have a fobia about dentists

I brought my kids (4yrs and 7yrs) for their first trip to the Dentist. They were very nervous, but the staff at Rozon Family Dental are amazing! My kids left feeling great about their experience! I will continue to bring my family here for future appointments :)

Had tooth pain and scheduled an appointment that I had to wait 5 days for. They cancelled my appointment a few hours before treatment. Then when I phoned to try and reschedule as soon as possible, the voice mail said the office was closed. Completely unacceptable for a professional business within the health care field.

While the receptionist was exceptional I had an awful experience with a tech. Unfortunately with two kids when one is sick there still has to be appointments & outings, during an apt for my older son the tech had the audacity to say " I hope that's not what I think it is in his bottle" and when I replied if u think it's double diluted juice with toddlers with safe electrolytes in it you are correct. Rather than moving on and doing her job she proceeded to drag the conversation out saying I shouldn't be giving him juice . When she left I googled to make sure I wasn't making any mistakes (I didn't questioned myself on the way my child is cared for when sick before this really negative interaction. I told her the correct info and she continued to argue with me (the damn parent). Fast forward two weeks next apt , after discussing this with a few family members i decided it would be best for my family to switch dentists . The receptionist told me to speak to Pelazzari myself as it's his employee so I waited until the end and during our conversation I told him I was asked to speak with him regarding an unfortunate incident . At first I was trying to be understanding until he used child abuse as an analogy. He said to me if your kid came in with bruises we would have to ask .....? My son had an ear infection & had some damn electrolyte baby juice not comparable what so ever. Well doc if a parent responds with an answer that is the answer you don't get to question or belittle. Mom shaming twice in one building by people I pay & are told to trust . I have sadly had to switch dentists as I do not support any kind of shaming especially for taking CARE of my child . If that tech Cynthia ever reads this do your damn research & be up to date as the things you say matter. I'm not sure what is worse ignorance or complete dismissal. But that is the truth and unfortunately it's getting near impossible to find basic respect and if that is something important to you -respect, I would not recommend Mirko Pelazzzari.

Unorganized clinic with incompetent MDs

Getting braces with K. Corbett was the WORST health-related process that I've ever experienced. I know lots of people don't mind his religious proselytizing but I found it excessive. I don't need to be told that my "teeth are in the hands of god." I'm not paraphrasing by the way. I did not appreciate that kind of aggressive pretentiousness. He was also very unprofessional as he would talk on the phone while working on clients' teeth. His communication skills were also quite poor for a professional. For instance, I had to get a hyrex before getting braces but he was unclear with me about how long I would have to wear it, saying "not for very long" and resisted my attempts to get a more specific answer out of him. I ended up having it on for too long and it caused problems for my teeth. He also recommended tightening the hyrex multiple times per day at one point, which other orthodontists told me was not recommended as it could cause nerve damage in the jaw area. His office also called us at like 10 PM to respond to our requests and were overall not courteous. My friends went to Dr. Bhalla in Williams Lake, who gave them (at no extra charge) brand new electric tooth brushes (valued at $190) when they got braces, and generally had a much better experience than I did. Many of the dentists in Quesnel recommend Corbett but I have to say, I was not impressed, especially since he wanted to charge me extra for replacing my post-braces retainer. He's nothing but a marketer and a twisted obnoxious prophet. My experience is not necessarily unique either as he drilled into my friend's gums at one point while talking on the phone and simultaneously doing some client work. He clearly doesn't take his job seriously. People might like him because he seems to joke around quite a lot but the reality is, he smiles too much. Generally, you should never trust someone who smiles all the time, has communication issues, and doesn't treat his clients with respect.
