My parents, two sisters, and I have been going to Dr. Mamrick for at least the last 7 years. He is always meticulous, gentle, and precise. He is endlessly nice and gives superb customer service. He explains everything with great detail and in an interesting, easy-to-understand way. The ladies in the office (Karin, Leah, Sandra, Jayme, and Cindy) are wonderful and kind as well. I have interacted with and had cleaning/maintence/etc. done with all of them at some point and always feel comfortable and at peace knowing that they all work with me with the upmost care, politeness, and attention. The office area, waiting room, bathroom, and other rooms are pristinely clean at all times. I will go to Dr. Mamrick's practice for as long as I'm living in Richmond!

An exceptional combination of pleasant, personal attention and highly skilled professionalism (turns out I had a many-rooted molar/root canal). Everyone was great, from the front desk to the dental assistant and the endodontist. Efficient, too - just a single appointment and good communication about procedures. This was my third root canal, but the first by this office, and the easiest to get through.
