The centre responded quickly to my emergency while visiting in Cold Lake. Very good customer service and response to my problem. The dentist took time to thoroughly explain my problem.

I think Dr Naqvi seems like a great dentist, BUT my only disappointment was paying for 2 units of consultation, when I had booked myself in for Composite bonding. He charged me this fee for an invisalign consultation - when I had clearly voiced I wanted Composite bonding. I had to lay there for what felt like 30 minutes while he scanned my teeth into a machine that shows you how *invisalign* can help you (which by the way moved my front teeth to the far right so it looks so stupid it wasn't even tempting), had I known that was what he was doing I would have said excuse me, I don't want this! I felt this was a shady way to add on an extra charge which by the way was not covered by my insurance. From this one experience I can say I probably wouldn't go back, his personality was great and he was calming and reassuring but I felt very tricked into paying for something I did not need/want, as well as pressured into something I clearly stated I did not want and could not afford.

Horrible will never take my children again. My daughter braces cost a fortune and had to get them put back on again and then her teeth are just as crooked. It was a waste of time and a waste of a lot of money.

I usually don't write reviews until I have actually had the service done, however, this is the one exception I feel I really must make. I have a very severe distrust in conventional dentists. I never got any real level of satisfaction out of my services before, and in fact, have had some moments where I was left feeling like I just got conned out of money and my health. I ended up, since my first bad experience with a dentist, on a very distraught downward spiral with my health, and I am still young! I had enough, so I looked around and did some research. I feel like I took a leap of faith in choosing a dentist I had no personal recommendation for and I am not disappointing. After leaving my exam and consultation, I felt overwhelmingly happy. Dr. Heit and her team go above and beyond to get down to the root cause of issues, including a persons history and lifestyle. She recommended I get tested for sleep apnea, something I would have never considered at all before, and took extra time with me to develop a recovery plan. Here's to hoping that all of this is the answer to my painful prayers. Dr. Heit is no conventional Dentist. She should be the dentist that the industry is modeled after.

Great dental service Georgina and Dr Soin performed superlatively and thoroughly as usual, answering all my questions with supreme accuracy. I was quite comfortable during the cleaning, x-rays and examination. Much appreciated!

I have been using their service for over 3 years now. Regular check ups, cleaning etc.. I like the service Dr. Choi and her staff provides. I find the dental care good, and the prices very reasonable. I have also seen overall improvement in the health of my teeth and gums.

I am very lucky to have Dr. Highmoor as my dentist. He is the best dentist ever. He has taken care of my entire family. Done my Invisalign and I am very satisfied with my smile. I trust his advice and work completely. All their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great team!

I don't normally give reviews unless it's extremely important to me. I'm glad I can proudly call my dentist, Dr Rod MacLean of the 7th Street Dental Centre. I'm 60 years old, and I've been to a number of dentists throughout my life but never have I experienced any dentist like him. When he's working on my teeth, whether he's drilling, pulling a tooth or doing a root canal, I just don't feel any pain, during or after. He does things with extreme precision right to the required point, now that's amazing. He quickly and efficiently does the job without me even realizing! I call him a Ninja dentist lol. Also, he's extremely confident, polite and respectful. I strongly recommend Dr. MacLean, and his office members which all are like a correctly formed jigsaw puzzle. Well, thank you Dr. MacLean and all members of your office, you have a good team.

Everyone at this dental office was amazing! They were very friendly and welcoming. The dental hygenist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and they feel super clean and smooth now.

Had an appointment for 9:15 today, they sat me down in the chair and I waited until 10:00 with not one person coming by explaining why they couldn't meet for my appointment. Walked out and told them I had better things to do than sit around and wait on a work day and that I'd never be back. They treat you like a cheque and not a patient.
