I literally live around the block from Sigel's. We stopped by there to pick up a house warming gift and restock on a couple of bottles for the liquor cabinet. Unfortunately, the quick trip up the street turned out to be quite disappointing. Upon entering the store, we quickly noticed three sales staff, all seated at the checkout registers chatting amongst themselves. Not a single one looked up to greet or offer to help us, despite there only being one other customer in the store. We searched for our preferred brands and bottles to no avail. They carry only a very basic variety of selections. We approached one of the salespersons to ask about their availability of a certain bottle and received a disdained look in return. We quickly decided to give up our search and approached the registers to checkout when we realized we did not have a gift bag for the house warming gift. My friend ran to grab a bag from their small selection while I started the checkout process. You might have thought we committed a crime by the looks and attitude we got from the checkout clerk. Possibly, the quick diversion to get the gift bag made her stand on her feet for an additional 15-20 seconds while my friend ran back with the bag in hand. Needless to say, it will be minute before we return.

Buzz Ballz is The worst product ever it’s nasty and gives you migraine headaches. Let me explain to you why you get those migraine headaches. The product is made with cheap alcohol and off brand wine. They also uses spoil cream base milk in the product. The products are not healthy and will destroy your insides as well as uptown crafts which is another product that’s distributed from the Carrollton Tx, Buzz Ballz Southern Champion warehouse 2114 McDaniel

Found majority of what we were looking for. The new store is very clean and very well organzied.

This place will be my downfall to drinking, I need one of these a day in the summer, and unlimited flavors.

Owners are really nice and welcoming.

Hands down the best wine and liquor store there is! The owners are incredibly friendly. We’ve been going here only a couple months, and they already know what we like. There’s typically tasting on the weekends, too. They have so many unique wines and liquors that you can only find here. Highly recommend!

I frequent this liquor store above all in the area. Competitive prices; they carry a serious variety of everything. Always well stocked. If it's not there, they'll get it for you and if they can't get it, it probably doesn't exist. Friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable customer service team. Always a pleasure going there.

This is my go-to liquor store in Dallas. It's easily accessible with plenty of parking. Every time I walk in (or another guest walks in), I'm greeted with a warm welcome. It's always clean and well-maintained (inside and outside). They always have what I'm looking for. There is a real difference between Cheers and some of the other liquor stores out there (Specs, Total Wine, etc). Before I discovered Cheers, I visited those places and never got an ounce of service. Cheers is different. They help me find what I need and with a sense of enjoyment and courtesy. The owner is often there and always strikes up a conversation like he's my neighbor. It's a breath of fresh air to have Cheers in the area --- clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff and well-stocked shelves.

Great owner, amazing selection and wonderful customer service. Definitely my new spot for all premium liquors.
