Horrible customer service.
Their store sign specified they closed at 8PM. And these lazy bums who could care less about putting forth any effort locked the door 10 minutes early and stared at us while we were trying to ask them if they were closed early.
They didnt even have the basic human decency to come to the door and speak to us. When we called their excuse was they're not forced to keep the store open. That they can close when they want to. Take your money somplace else, these people aren't worth it

Nice place with speedy checkout. I stopped while on a road trip and I was surprised to see they had a good stock of Glenlivet. I purchased a case; I like Spec’s cash and case discount. Avoid the Westheimer location in Houston. At the Houston downtown location the stock and customer service are excellent.
