I am a 48 year old. I went in this store with my 46 year old friend who was making a purchase for herself. I was along for the ride. The clerk asked us both for Id and I didn’t have mine on me. The clerk refused the sale because she thought I looked under 40 which is their policy when the AGLC law states 25. This is extreme. They lost our business. What happens to a 46 year old single mother with children when she needs to make a purchase? Does she just leave the kids in the car unattended? We will never be back. In fact, we went to Crown Liquor and my friend bought more alcohol than she was planning to purchase at this liquor store and it was cheaper! They never asked anyone for id because they are reasonable and we are clearly over 25. They are also a smaller local business.

Good selection of spirits, wine, and beer. Lots of parking (shares the the parking lot with Garneau Safeway). Totally recommend.

Holy smokes! I was looking for local craft brews to bring to a Thanksgiving gathering and a family member suggested that I visit here. Let me tell you, this place did not disappoint.
