Amazing customer service ..Jess rocks and runs the ship well as do all the fantastic staff .. even had a taxi called from the store as my phone was dead to get to Yvr once .. Great store for getting a cold beer to go for a walk down at the docks as I have done so on and off for some 20 yrs ...If something is not in .. ask . 😉🍷🍾

The staff here are so incredibly kind, polite and helpful! They offer great drink suggestions and always hold the door for me on the way out when my hands are full. Great prices and cold selection too! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I got ripped off at this place. I bought a bottle of wine and tequila. The total was supposed to be $50 something. I paid with my credit card and didn’t look at how much he charged until I got my statements I was charged $79.07 for the two bottles that was supposed to be $50 something. No wonder the guy didn’t give me a receipt and I didn’t care to ask for it cos I was in a rush. Be aware to check your receipt 😡

Few little things in BC that frustrates me, one of them is the liquor stores here are subpar in comparison to any other province or country, this particular one sealed it for me, they were closed at 9:30, in fact they close at 9 apparently everyday but Friday, seriously! I thought by default BC liquor stores opens till 11, so didn’t bother looking it up, just drove there to find it closed.

ID refused for being expired, when serving it right and bc law both state you can use expired ID along as it proves age for alcohol purchases. Less than a month expired and waiting for the new card lol Edit!: this seems to be a running theme with the same employee! I suggest she actually gets trained in serving it right if she's in the store alone

Warning to future shoppers. They have nothing on their shelves, go anywhere else but here. They also charge you a dollar more then what the price tag says.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful! They go out of their way to help you find what you need and recommend items similar to what you’re looking for.

I had been to the liquor store today at about 10pm on 28th of November and I am not happy with the customer service there. I had been there with two proofs of ID which was my passport and my school ID but the old man who was working then just refused to serve me and did not allow me to purchase any liquor. This is really disappointing as I wasn’t missing any piece of ID to prove my identity and this happens. I felt like it was needed for you to make it right We expect better customer service from this store Thank you

I went in at 8:50 to grab a few drinks for after work when i was discriminated against for being a pot smoker by an angry old lady who told me she will not serve me since i admitted to smoking cannabis in my life even tho i was not high nor drunk or on any substance , i was told to get sober and go to NA for my pot smoking What kind of store has such rude and horrible workers i wish she gets relieved from her job since she is clearly unfit to be working in a public environment She needs to be fired

Inventory is rich. All types of beers, mixers and liquors are available.
