Don’t go here, the girl with glasses is just straight rude, there is certain ways to go about things but she rudely dismissed us instead of kindly explaining. DO NOT GO HERE.

Really disappointed that I was not able to return a large purchase that my boyfriend made when he bought me multiple cases of the wrong drinks. I even offered to pay a restocking fee instead of being out the $200.

Never found myself being a huge bourbon fan but tasted this and fell in LOVE with this a few months ago and had to try more of their product! The labels on their gin, bourbon, and vodka are absolutely stunning and sleek. Skybound Spirts will always be my go to and it should be yours!!

I love going to Batch. Their vodka is the best I’ve had and goes great in everything from mules to martinis. They have tastings of all their drinks available for you to try too. The staff is always helpful and welcoming, especially Brad, who says hi whenever he sees us and is enthusiastic about all the products available. Can’t recommend them enough!

The location of the store is easily accessible with a big parking area. Really large clean store with wide aisles. Great selection of all kinds of liquor & wines at reasonable prices. The employees were helpful & friendly. Had a very pleasant experience.

We noticed the new Management, a lot of great products and deals, very reasonable pricing. Good customer service. Will recommend.

Has more selection than most bcl and way nicer staff I'd avoid going to ANY whiterock locations !!

Walking in the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with pointing me in the right direction they all know there stuff very well I love the new cooler layout very convenient and in and out, I always leave with a smile probably my favorite store in Pitt

Great hours, fantastic selection of products, and wonderful staff!! I do all my liquor store shopping here. Free ice with any purchase, and the points system is a very useful tool to save on products you enjoy. 10/10

Extremely well-run store. Great selections, good pricing, and friendly staff. Just as good for the wine heads as it is for people just grabbing something to go with dinner. Pretty strong selection of European wines, and don't let some of the lower prices fool you on that front, Total Wine just has that much buying power.
