Absolutely delicious cocktails, crafted with serious attention to detail. Limited food options, but everything we've tried has been delicious. Cool atmosphere whether it's crowded or quieter.

We are Cask Club members and love our visits to Heritage Distillery! The drinks are fabulous, the snacks are a great accompaniment and the staff is both warm and knowledgeable!

Very knowledgeable staff here and a good selection especially the beer and gins. Price point is not unreasonable either.

Staff is very helpful. Excellent prices as long as it's liquor, otherwise the commissary or WinCo is better.

I have always had great service from all the staff at this location but today (Oct 18, 2022 @ 4:25pm) the sole cashier at the time was one of the least freindly BCLC employee's I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Please transfer her to a store far away from Burnaby.

Been shopping at the store for over a year now, and I can say they always have a great variety to shop from. All the staff are amazing and very helpful. Laura is my go to for advice on what to buy, she know every inch of the store and always greets you with a smile. Keep up the great work guys!

Great customer service and family owned, reasonably priced considering the location, tax included in the price so you're not guessing the total, nice layout, and never a line.

I’d give them the 5 star they deserve, but I’m here at 2:50 on Wednesday and they’re still not open. Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s they might open late. Other than that they’re the absolute best. That’s why I’m still sitting here waiting instead of walking to the liquor store a block away.
