Prices are amazing. The best in the area for prices. Was SHOCKED at how low the spirits are. Bought tequila and a BIG bottle of juice, came to 25 bucks. AMAZING deal compared to competitors near by. Also, wide variety and cases in glass filled with special bottle editions and well organized too!

The man there is so nice. If u need xtra change he will put it and his prices are grrr.

I been buying my Beer for almost or around 20 years. I been a few years they updated day it there Beer Selection to include Crafts local and or different states brewery brand's. I don't Drink spirit or hard alcohol. They all the commun brad's . And a class gabinete whit more expensive and longer again years like Macallan whiskey 15 year old fine Oak it set's you back 200 plus tax. Their most expensive whiskey is George T. Stagg 2020 130.4 proof 750 ml but is a Bourbon. It must be good my preference is single malt scotch whiskey's. By CAVH

Lived down the street for over 2 years. Had their Planeview sandwich the day I was moving in and still order it a few times every month! I order it with chicken instead of Turkey, warm and toasted. It’s the perfect sandwich! Unrivaled. The family does a wonderful job at taking care of the store, are all very kind, polite, and are easy to talk to. It’s a very clean shop that is well stocked with all your day to day needs. I’m so happy to be so close. There is another convenience store a block up the street but I seldom go there. First and Ivy is miles better, they accept card no matter price, allow dogs (and give treats), are much friendlier and keep their store cleaner! (: So thank you Team First & Ivy Market!

Nice little brewery I stopped in on the way to Chicano Park. Had a seared tuna sandwich, and it hit the spot. Also had a great beer. It was an ale but poured like a Guinness and you had to give it time to settle.
