Distillery

Always AMAZING customer service (literally always greeted with a smile and convo) , great selections and very clean store! Never going anywhere else!

Ariel and Melissa are THE BEST! They will always lead you in the right direction for the right selection! Two thumbs up!

Great customer service! The kind lady that I often see there when I go is very helpful. The place is kept clean. The prices are better then Specs :)

Nice little shop with great prices

It's a fine quick stop after Costco. No special price, bit saves me from stopping at Specs.

This neighborhood store is now beautiful and stocked! Always can tell the gal has been cleaning and taking pride in her store. Very friendly and great prices.

This place is amazing the atmosphere is there if you need help they will help you you couldn't ask for a better specs

Lost $800 in sale today just because of your cashier. I wanted to price match for 4 bottles of 1 item and rest of items on my list were already competitively priced. I pulled up the price on the competitors website but cashier wanted it on the app. Price on their app and their website are same. And website was showing pick up today!! I have been your location before and have successfully price matched. Not sure if she was having a bad day or not. But you have lost me permanently as a customer. I rather drive 15 mins extra for a far superior customer service.

Lots of booze. We were looking for a specific bourbon and they had it! Super helpful employees.

Came here Christmas Eve and the staff was helpful, great mom and pop liquor.

My first time here. I will be back. The owner was very nice and greeted everyone with a smile.

Sean was great.Service with a smile. And knowledgeable. I searched for Eagle Rare off and on for a year and half. Could not find any. LOL had a few bottle. Thank you Sean, thank you LOL on Ritteman.

Have lived in the area for 6 years and just happened to stop at this Costco as it was on my way home from work. Good thing I didn’t know about the liquor store earlier as it could have been dangerous... to my wallet. I compared prices to total wine and the items were only $2-$10 different. Which is more than reasonable for me. I’ll be back when I’m ready to restock my bar

Very nice people! Good prices also

Prices are low compared to other stores

Well stocked, great variety, alternate sizes…. And then the customer service is too notch! Personable, smiling, friendly customer service, couldn’t get better!

Good selection and helpful staff. Also had Fireball by the gallon.

Beautiful store, friendly staff, huge selection, and great prices. Glad they finally have a store in Irving.

Veteran owned selling veteran brands. Gotta love it

Friendly staff and they're willing to help with whatever you need. As the years go by things change for better or worst but no matter what this is still one the best locations to buy your wine and spirits.
