I was a frequent shopper until a new manager came in and has no idea what good customer service is. I had spent thousands of dollars at the store. I had a bad experience with a sour bottle of wine and tried to return it and the new manager said no.
I would rather shop at Costco as they back their products 100% customer satisfaction. I’m confused why Costco allows a company that does not have their commitment to quality products lease next to their brand.
