The greatest part is the young man that works there is always extremely helpful he always goes and helps me grab what I need and they have a cheese bar, where you find the most interesting selections. It’s a great store and the young man is always personable 😎

Exceptional 😎 Great service from Awesome people

Great selection and amazing customer service! I came in looking for a certain color roses and the women went in the back and brought out brand new ones for me to pick from. I’ve been coming in a few times a month now because of her!

Not usually too busy and the staff that does work there are always pleasant. It's sad that most businesses just don't have enough employees anymore.

The gentleman working the register was extremely friendly and helpful. Good prices and selection.

Friendly staff and great selection. I always feel welcome and taken care of whenever I need anything.

They had what I came for so all good on my end

Cecilia and Don are amazing people. They run a good business and treat their customers with respect and as family.

Very small store with few customers at a time so service is typically good.

We took a very interesting tour at Loaded Cannon Distillery. Steve made it a fun time! Tasted a flight after the tour, and received a free shot glass. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. You will need to try the lime vodka and the lemon vodka!!

Had a situation where I bought a "meal to go" bag & it was missing items. Long story short, Lya at customer service was beyond helpful & understanding. Thank you Lya

Total Wine & More is a fantastic store for all of your wine and spirits needs. They have an incredibly broad selection of all types of wines, from cult-status rare finds to everyday low-priced favorites. Prices are competitive and the selection is unbeatable. They also have an impressive range of liquors, mixers, and craft beers. The store is laid out well and their knowledgeable staff is always willing to offer advice and help you find the perfect beverage for you. Shopping at Total Wine & More is always a great experience and I would highly recommend them for any and all wine and spirits purchases.

Ricky is very accommodating I was looking for a hard to find brand, he helped me find one that was close to the flavor and price that I was looking for. Then he said he had a special order arriving in a few days, he took my number and said he would call me when it comes in. He was only getting 3 bottles it's that rare Thanks Ricky for your time.

Rashmi was great. She always told me of sales going on and helped us pick out what we wanted. Great experience here.

They have absolutely everything! If you need ut they gave it. We stayed at a nearby hotel and bought our liquor here!

Great location! The assistant manager Jessica is wonderful. Get my Von Payne whiskey from here.
