Distillery

Very poor customer service! Paid for cup of ice and charged me for it before checking to see if they had any left. After I told her (young heavyset latina) that they were out she told me she didn’t know what to tell me and if I wanted ice I had to buy a 7lb bag of ice, instead of just opening a bag and making smaller bags for the cups. Very poor attitude and after making a small friendly joke in Spanish which I was not fluent in…. I was bombarded with Spanish and was clearly apparent that I was being made fun of in Spanish. I was embarrassed and humiliated and I will definitely not be going there again!

Wish I lived near a public's but it is always a nice store when I am in Florida

Employee won't give me free mix that comes with vodka. Says it's old promo. I go home and see in paper, promo started today!!! Lazy, ignorant, managers aren't making sure employees know sales. I won't be back. My experience before this time here was poor attitude employee at register.

Excellent customer service. Great prices and variety

My favorite place to shop

Great selection of tequila and mezcal. Friendly staff that know their stuff.

Incredible inventory! So many great finds that you will not see anywhere else. Prices are quite reasonable. There are often tastings throughout the store on the weekend . You must go to see this place yourself!

Love this place always has what I want on stock

Nice Liquor store, many options and staff was very helpful and friendly

Typical liquor store but the guy who works the counter is fantastic. Super helpful, knowledgeable about his product and will always let you know what’s on sale if you are buying something similar. Good prices, great service can’t ask ford much more

I frequent this liquor store above all in the area. Competitive prices; they carry a serious variety of everything. Always well stocked. If it's not there, they'll get it for you and if they can't get it, it probably doesn't exist. Friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable customer service team. Always a pleasure going there.

Had a Super Fun time at Chainbridge Distillery and tasted a lot of their fantastic small batch distilled spirits. This is a family owned and operated small business that Specializes in Vodkas, Gins, Brandies, Rums (which I really like) and more. They have a Super assortment of flavors and have also won many various awards too. Really enjoyed my time there with a group tour in their distillery after the tasting room. You should definitely go there or order some of their really flavorful and excellent Distilled spirits.....soon!

Love Mike and his guys..make me laugh before I even drink!! Super customer Service!!

It was the one of the only liquor stores open Thanksgiving Exactly what I wanted I got it in and Out quick

They are usually rude. But they were nice this time.

Good prices

This is my favorite store to go shopping alcohol, it has everything I need, always fully stocked, but today I had to wait until the cashier finished her chat on the phone which is apparently more important than any customer. I hope that next time I go get my drinks the cashier takes me more serious than the phone chat.

This place is great and in Florida.... Sunday liquor sales is a huge plus.

Had everything I was looking stopping in off the road. Great prices and gentlemen working the cashier was awesome, super friendly!!

I just absolutely love 💕 going in here. The 2 lady's there are great there customer service and knowledge of products and there GREAT recommendations on different tequilas 💜🌹❤️💕
