Bought 5 bottles for a gift for a friend in Modesto. I screwed up on their preferred brand so I went to the local Redwood City store to exchange. I had the original receipt with me. The senior person there, Jacob, asked if it was purchased from this store. I said no, Modesto. He said they could not exchange it. Why, I asked? He said because their computer system was very antiquated ('DOS based' he said' like with the green screens') and that they had no way of verifying the purchase, and that it would screw up their inventory. Really? He asked for my bevmo club card number for the same computer system that evidentally cannot communicate with each other...hmmm... I checked online and the Bevmo web site's return policy said nothing of the sort. This information fell on deaf ears with Jacob. He said I would have to take it to Modesto! I drove to the San Mateo store and they gladly did my exchange and took in more money too as I upgraded my exchange. I wish I had asked for her name as she was beyond helpful and nice. She took care of my exchange without question and was happy to do it. Well done San Mateo! Not well done; Jacob and Bevmo Redwood City.

This neighborhood location offers a ton of bottles in their shop. I was seeking alcohol free and was happy they had a small selection of alcohol free wine and spirits. Friendly staff. Thank you!

I really like this liquor store. They are helpful and cool in general. My 1st choice if I have one. Great variety.

Bevmo has definitely changed in a good way! They are basically a one stop shop now, need to get the party started and extremely LIT? Look no further come check out all the new items from drinks to munchies, frozen foods it's a must, plus they're customer service is a good vibe

Candy store for adults. They have an amazing selection of everything one can be looking for. The staff is also very knowledgeable. I asked for a nice rate bourbon and got an amazing bottle of a 15 years old bourbon that is very tasty and complex in the profile. They seem to have a club that opens up opportunities to get other rare bottles of spirits such as Pappy. Worth checking out.

I love Mr. Liquor. This place is great, the owners are nice and the music is always bumping. They got a decent selection of liquor and imported cookies. Check it out.

After enjoying the Hanson experience at their distillery in Sonoma we decided to try their Sausalito location. It turns out that it is an art gallery as well as tasting room(s). That provided a great environment in which to enjoy our favorite - the six flavor tasting, each paired with a truffle chocolate!

I didn’t realize how much I would miss this store until I moved neighborhoods. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and to top it off they have a really solid beer selection!

My favorite liquor store. They have mezcals, Asian whiskeys, huge selections of craft beer, and some stuff I've never heard of. Their staff is very knowledgeable, and always manage to recommend stuff I end up liking once given a few parameters.

Lovely shop. Though spirits are main they have a small section with some absolutely amazing Ice-creams. Particularly Mango lassi, Southindian filter coffee, Kulfi, Guava, Jack fruit flavours are all absolutely amazing. Do try once.

Lucy is cool and kind and has descent prices compared to ALL other liquor stores.only problem is the old man who works weekend nights and even weekday nigjts he's a scammer he Charges several dollar's more then her and I told her sobsge said no no she's gonna tell him no more overcharging but then I there and he tried to charge even more then before! Bottom line dont buy when old man is there!!!

The new owner was very good and friendly. The store aslo seems clean now and there are more items in stock.
