I want to give a big thank you to Brad and everyone at ATN Mechanical for doing such a great job with the whole process of getting a new furnace. My biggest thing is trust and integrity and the reason I am doing this review is to tell others that you can absolutely trust these guys to do their very best and that they actually care about the work they do for you. I feel that Brad has set their standards for the quality of customer service and workmanship to be that of what he would want if it was his own home, and it was very apparent with the people he has employed. Had them come out a while back to get some estimates done for various light fixtures and electrical work around the house. Andy came out, was on time, and had a good look throughout the house at what I wanted done. I was sent a quote within a week (can’t remember exactly how long after the visit) but for all the work I mentioned, it was a very fair price. We opted to only do two of the five or six things at the time. We had them replace our motion sensor lights in our driveway and remove some old conduit for an old hot tub outside. I wasn’t home, but my girlfriend said the gentlemen who came out were friendly and professional. They completed the work fairly quickly. That night I went out to try the lights out but they weren’t coming on. The next morning I spoke with their receptionist Heidi and with Adam. They came out almost immediately to take a look and it turned out some sensor wasn’t wired correctly or something like that. They fixed it and it works great. A little quick to turn off (about 6 seconds after it turns on) but that’s something we might take a look at when we have them come out again to do some more work in the future since it’s really not a big deal right now. I would highly recommend jones electric to anyone who needs some work done around the house.

Fritz Electric is an amazing company. My calls have been answered each time within a few rings, and Ted is friendly and efficient. (He is also very kind.) Steve, the electrician I had both times, has been in the business for 41 years and really knows his stuff. He's very likeable, and a pleasure to deal with. I've had a variety of issues with my residential property and all were resolved easily. Last time, I wanted work done that wasn't necessary and Steve explained why instead of doing it and charging me for work I didn't need. This week, I had a stressful situation and Ted had Steve at my place in no time. I'm not used to dealing with honest companies that make my life easier, so I really appreciate these guys. Their prices are fair and competitive too. I highly recommend Fritz Electric!
